Doesn’t work at all
Keeps freezing and glitching. So annoying and I’m mad I paid money for this!
Responding to two “glitches”
Same game but harder to click on a few things without mouse and little arrow. Two points that have been mentioned previously: as to grabbing Granny apple in the Carmel you have to click on Granny herself and not down below tool bar otherwise you keep jumping into the Carmel. Very frustrating but finally figured it out. Point two you can pick up the plunger on the ski slope BUT.. you can’t aim at it you must get beside it and then it will let you pick it up. Took me ten tries to figure it out lol. Overall great game as I remember it with my kids.

Fun but very buggy
It’s a lot of fun, they did a great job at bringing back all the fun of the original but I keep experiencing bugs that are ruining the experience. If I just turn off my screen and try to turn it back on to play, the screen comes right back up where I left off but no input works anymore. I can’t click anything including being able to save my game which is frustrating. I close out the game entirely and lose all my progress before the last save which can be 20-30 minutes of progress lost sometimes. The pan and zoom screen option is also very buggy and I’ve found it unusable. If this gets fixed I’d happily adjust my review to 5 stars because I love this game so much.

I dunno what’s up with other people saying the game is broken. I got the plunger no problem.
Update problems
I am having a lot of trouble with the newest update in 2 areas. The first has been discussed before when I ski down the hill when I try to get the plunger Sam misses it. And I have to go down the same route again sometimes I get the plunger sometimes I don’t The other problem is when pajama Sam was in jail when I stretch the screen the quit and menu buttons get in the way of the cookie box top and it makes it hard to tap.
And another thing that I just discovered that there are times when I temporarily step out of the app and when I go back in to save the game becomes frozen and it’s having the same problem on pajama Sam, no need to hide when it’s dark outside.
I love these games and I hope they get fixed.

Game is broken, skip!
Currently this will be a waste of money as you CANNOT get the plunger out of the mountain. Developer has updated game but is ignoring feedback at this point, AVOID THIS VERSION AS IT IS A SCAM!
This update is a scam. Replaces old product with a broken one. DONT BUY
The Humongous games mean everything to me. I want to support them. However, this game is completely unplayable with the new engine. It's upsetting that I purchased one product that was reliable to one day wake up to a completely new product.
This wasn't just an update, it's essentially an entirely new app running on something that doesn't work. I wish I could get my money back since I had my old product basically stolen from me through the update. The same thing is happening to ALL the apps that have recieved this 'update' (app switching)
Game crashes around every 10 clicks on iPad Pro-- you will be unable to click anything. Sometimes it fixes itself when you exit and return to the app, but most of the time it doesn't. You have to save often and reload if you want to progress at all since when you close the game it does not save your current stage (unlike in the old version)
Frustrates the heck out of my toddler, who I'm trying to introduce to my childhood games.
Here's what you should all do instead of buying this:
Extract the .HE0, .HE1, .HE3 and .HE4 files from your old Humongous CD Roms on your computer, transfer them onto your iPad on properly named folders. (I.E. the HE0,HE1,HE3,HE4 you extracted from Putt Putt Travels Through Time, you put in it's own folder titled ike the game) Then install ScummVM's iPad and import your games that way.

I am 26 years old. I grow up playing these games but pajamas, Sam 4 was in his my favorite game of all of them please put it out

Hate the new update!
The screen is way too small now, and why is the skip button so big? Please change it back to the way it was!
I wish they never updated this game or any others
My child loves Pajama Sam and plays these games on repeat. However the new update has made the playing screen too small for her to really be able to point and click. Also there’s a major bug. When she had to ski according to the ski ticket instructions to get the plumbers plunger off the mountain she kept trying to grab it, and the game would not let her. She rage quit and said she doesn’t want to play Pajama Sam ever again.

Game tips
There’s alternate versions each time you play. So for example sometimes the photo booth may not work, granny may not be getting tossed around by the cans etc. So maybe try a different way😉(i played these games ALOT as a kid)
Audio fix
For anyone having audio issues with this app or any other humongous games on iOS or iPadOS regarding audio, make sure your volume is up then make sure Notifications are not MUTED (Silence switch OFF on iOS, Bell icon has no line through it in control panel on iPadOS.) I thought the games were bugged then found a fix myself. Hope this helps!
