Time out
I have been unable to login into the application- it was says time out error.
I believe the app should have been working perfectly fine.

This app needs some serious rework
It keeps blocking me out. Out of no where now it’s not logging me in my account. I’m continuously getting connection timeout message.
Need improvement
Sound while opening the app needs to be muted. Data and the app updates are not real time. App needs to be made user friendly.
It never work
I recently registered with a company for my Hajj, and they gave me an application number. However, I can’t enter that number in the app because it’s too long. The same application number works fine on the government website, though
Sync Failed (connection timeout)
I have tried on different occasions, in evenings in the mornings, that might be due to server load it’s not responding. But in vain … Don’t know what’s the purpose of this app as I haven’t been able to do anything on it except downloading it.
