So many things wrong with this app. It is next to not worth having!
Local news and sports coverage
Your local news and high school sports coverage is absolutely pathetic. It is so far behind current events that it’s not even funny.
I really think your sports writer, Zack Pratt is a decent writer and covers things, probably the best that he can. However, like most big businesses, forcing one person to do what several others have done in the past just supplies a poor end product. Your site and your distributed product (newspaper) is not deserving of any monetary subscription cost.
Maybe you need to take the time to read Western Wayne News, it’s a product worth twice any cost that you might possibly charge, it’s a real local newspaper and it is what I will be using from now on. And if you want to lose more customers like me ,then keep up the pathetic work!

Terrible news paper, bad app, junk subscription service you have to call to cancel.
Unable to report missing paper
Everytime I pushed submit it took me back to the sign in screen. I guess that’s one way to not have to provide a replacement or credit.

Just got digital. Doesn’t even work!! Trying to sign in and it just keeps going back to sign in!! I’m canceling!!
Unreliable
The app is unreliable, never know if it's gonna load or if it will stay loaded until you get done reading the paper. It crashes quite often.
Delivery is horrible
Internet version is great the delivery is absolutely horrible. Last time I received a paper was sept I have called several times they say they will credit my account and get it out to me and will get one or two papers and then nothing last time I called to cancel and he talked me in to two free weeks and a refund for what I missed and never received the refund and have only gotten the paper once since then it’s useless

Bad app
App only appears to open from alerts generated by source. If I try to enter app on my own, it consistently fails and directs to site that says I have only 5 articles a month, even though I am a paid subscriber.
Use to like this app
Once updated with Gannett my devices are slow and not very user friendly

New app is very slow. Using on iphone 5. Makes reading the paper a burden.
Need iPad app
It's ok, but you need an iPad version. I find myself using the website instead, especially where it looks just like the newspaper itself.
