Refund
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for 13 months and have been charged $149 twice now. I am unable to get my password reset, unable to sign in and ultimately un able to cancel my subscription. But you sure as yet keep charging me each year. This is associated with Kolat and again please refund or enable a person to cancel their subscription.
