Unique, but won’t recognize VIP membership
I love this app because it’s very unique and some of it is done by teachers. I love teacher, created and teacher done content so that is why I love this app, but the issue I am having with it is that it won’t recognize my VIP subscription. Just resubscribe to the app and it’s still treats me like I haven’t subscribed yet. I have already resubscribed to it, and I tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing through this app, but it will not work. Please fix. also love that it’s not as cluttered as epic when it comes to have books are organized.

I subscribed for the annual vip service but I did not receive it i contacted them for two time and they did not respond. 👎👎👎👎 very very bad service.

I bought the 7 day free trial which then was automatically renewed which costed me 50 Dollars, and also did not show up on my account. I contacted customer service for a total of two times but still did not reply.
