我几年来一直使用伴鱼英语练习，最近几个月来一直有伴鱼绘本的销售人员给我打电话，开头就叫我家长。（我从未注册过或者购买过伴鱼绘本）在我纠正我只是一个大学生没有类似需求之后仍持续不断给我打电话已经超过几月，刚刚才挂一个。请大家谨慎下载，注意信息安全。

特别差！外教无故爽约，之后就再也预约不上了。客服也时常联系不上！最终导致课程过期，也无法退款！找app的在线客服说不能解决，让我打400电话。可是我人在海外，电话不方便，他们的答复是无法解决！

感谢伴鱼团队。我觉得你们可以算得上是市面上做的最好的学习软件之一了。学习机制是无敌的，因为使用已经是语言学习的终极目标了。不过也希望你们能不断完善，毕竟用户认可，资本才会认可。其实一个很重要的功能就是复习功能，现在系统性的学雅思口语的复习过程非常重要，但是在回听录音的时候基本上很不方便，希望可以加入语音识别功能，把双方的语音转成文字，课后复习的时候真的会方便很多。
住伴鱼团队越做越好，早日上市，成为中国语言学习的第一伙伴！
