Depot performance at a glance For Internal Staff The network depot list now shows the key metrics inline — no need to open each depot one by one. Every row displays Overall On Time (Pass, Fail and overall %) plus full ETA performance: provided %, pass %, deviation % and average deviation. Sort ascending or descending by Overall On Time or ETA Pass % to spot the best and worst performers instantly. Update & Audit, unified For Scan One screen, the right action. Update and Audit are now a single flow: the app shows an Update or an Audit button automatically, based on the consignment's status. Pallets now update to the correct billing unit, and the consignment weight recalculates correctly after any change. Choose your push notifications For Depot & Depot Alias A new Configure push notifications section in Settings lets Depot and Depot Alias users switch on the alerts they care about: volume, unmanifested pallet warnings and exception notifications. Notifications will go live once this update is fully published. Other profiles will see an “unavailable” message in this section. PIN lock for user switching For All users Switching between saved users now asks for a PIN (setting or resetting it requires your account password). It's optional and stored only on your device — never synced to the server. Scan and Hub Scan users can now save their credentials too. For inactivity locking, we recommend your device's standard OS screen lock. Automanifest loads from the app For Customer · new login area A dedicated Customer login area lets authorised customers automanifest their loads straight from the app on Android or iOS — using the device camera or a built-in RF scanner. You get real-time load information and live error checking, replacing the old feedback-free Bluetooth scanners. Available to customers who have the automanifest feature enabled.
