When using the opioid calculator to convert to patches, it is displayed in a confusing way.
On the right-hand side says xxx mcg/DAY and on the left side says “this calculation shows the equivalent HOURLY dose”!
Please have a look into it.

Opioid calculator

Hi there, I really like the new opioid calculator and conversion to other opioids. It’s easier to use than the EviQ opioid conversion calculator (online).
The only recommendation I would make would be to allow the addition of a dose reduction (25% or 50%) when changing to a different opioid.
