Scam
I think they went out of business and continue to charge a monthly subscription fee. I’ve had issues this entire year and had to contact tech support anytime I needed to log in because the app wouldn’t work. Moving to Wave immediately.
DO NOT USE PALLO
I like how everything is set up for this app. I’ve been using it to track my finances and invoices for my small business. It would be a 5 star review if I didn’t keep experiencing network issues with this app. I have had 3 instances, the third currently happening, where I can’t login to the app due to an app error which puts me behind in getting my invoices and financing done, which is unacceptable. There is no app support or customer service I can talk to about figuring this issue out. I can’t even cancel my plan because there is no website/link so I’ll just be charged for nothing. Every time I email, the email address is wrong that’s listed. They don’t have a website that works either so I’m very frustrated at this point. I’m already looking into using a different app because it’s ridiculous at this point.

I signed up and reached out for support and received a call from Sanin one of the founders of Pallo. Sanin took the time to address my question and help me understand the platform. I am beyond impressed by that. In a day when you cannot get support easily from apps, I received support from a founder. Super impressive!

This app is so awesome and time-saving! Not only is everything extremely intuitive, there are tips and quick to-dos to help you get started and maximize your money and taxes. The auto-categorizing is PHENOMENAL. It is mind-blowing how accurate it is. It's so easy to track and filter each and every transaction and saves So Much Time. Love this app!
