ROI Good, Customer Service Is Lacking
Comparatively, the research is good and the positive returns speak for it. I’ve been a subscriber for 5+ years to a number of services. For a premium service I am astonished at the caliber of customer service and tech support of the app. Specifically, videos stopped playing in the app on iPad, and the responsiveness and competence to resolve the issue has been dismal.

Totally agree... content great but constant marketing emails are annoying
The contract is great. But they’re sending too many constant emails about marketing. Even after spending money to get additional research newsletters, I’m still receiving emails about the same research information I just paid for. Needs to be a better process in place and ability to step on the constant barrage of marketing.

Can’t even log in - keeps booting me out. No members support. Every newsletter has no value except to try to sell you more stuff. And no way in hell you’ll get a refund. I purchased the 28 American dream, and don’t buy into it!

It never stops. The constant up selling of another newsletter. Sick of it. Content of information is good but for crying out loud, stop the constant selling!!

Just getting started on app so no real comment there. I just wanted to respond to the negativity directed at Big T. I got in when Bitcoin was $4,800. Put small allocations across the First and Final five and a couple more. Now, less than 6 months later my portfolio is touching $18,000. Very pleased and waiting for the parabolic move. I have a crypto portfolio that is up sixty percent at current price of 12k Bitcoin. Some coins are worthless. Others are up significantly. That’s why we buy portions, do not bet on one. Buy and hold.
