Load
Won’t even load for me. Goes past the initial screen of the fountain and then goes to a white screen and spins a little and nothing happens it stays as a white screen.
App doesn’t work
Simple as that, only the splash screen displays, after that all you have is a spinning wheel for about a minute then locks up on a blank white screen
Terrible app
Won’t load past the Home Screen. Supposed to be a one stop shop for city business and information and it won’t even open. Do better Palm Coast.
Down for over a month
App hasn’t worked in over a month. Have to go to their website to pay bills or report a pep tank alarm. Useless app

Too many links. I would like utility works to use a separate app for the utilities so we can pay our bills easier. When we go to view our bill on this app it is stuck on that page and we can’t go back. So we are forced to close the app.
