We are a direct primary care (DPC) family medicine practice that reunites the physician and patient in a proactive partnership. We dedicate our efforts to your care while keeping the cost of care affordable, always transparent and known to our patients. Our app uses Apple HealthKit to read data and show that data to our members for them to track how they are progressing towards the care goals set for them.
