I don’t know if it’s bugs, but I can’t enroll on the app or the site. Please help someone

Good app. Only dislike one thing.
The overall app is wonderful, the only issue I have is when I go to deposit a check by taking a picture, it doesn’t show up in my account. I don’t use a lot of checks so I don’t have to deal with this too often but when I receive checks and take a picture of it, I don’t know if it went through or not because I get no notification and I don’t see it in my account. I usually have to call and see if the check ever went through or not and sometimes it goes through more than once. Other than that, I love the app. Very user friendly.

BAD UPDATE
Why doesn’t the fingerprint login work consistently? After the February 2019 update, I have to enter a password with EACH login. The setting to allow fingerprint login keeps turning itself off. This is inconvenient. Please fix it.
