What's New in Palmful

1.3.0

September 4, 2026

Set your own portion targets. Settings → Portion targets lets you override protein, carbs, veg or fat for Hard, Easy and Rest days independently. Anything you don't touch keeps following your profile. Extras are yours to configure. Turn alcohol or treats off entirely, and set your own weekly budget for either. Hiding one never deletes what you already logged. Send feedback from inside the app — Settings → Send feedback, for bugs and ideas. Clearer portion adjustment. It now names the portion it is actually changing, stops at a safe floor, and stays dismissed when you dismiss it. Trends work properly if you weigh in weekly. A wider trend window and smoothing that adapts to how often you log, so a real decline no longer reads as flat. The chart has a legend now. The Guide now covers extras — break composite foods into portions, and save extras for what genuinely won't break down.
