Palm streets allows sketchy sellers to get away with to much
iv been on the app for several months. i had a seller block me simply because i’m related to someone who submitted a negative review about her. I had won two loungfly giveaways in her room and all the sudden my orders (which i had already waited a month for) just showed as canceled. When i reached out to palm street they offered a $15 credit…for what should have been 1 hard tag loungfly and 1 loungfly both listed as $90 values. As far as i’m concerned that is them ALLOWING DARLING DELIGHTS TO SCAM and bully based on your last name. This experience has really turned me off of the app, and i will no longer be recommending it to others.

In a nut shell I won A monstera Devil and didn’t receive anything. Support didn’t help seller didn’t refund.
First time buyer and I’m hooked
Received my first two orders from this app was a little nervous, but I’ve talked to other people that use it and I could not be more pleased. The app is easy to use, but it does have some glitching during some of the lives.

Avoid this app at all costs
This app is very frustrating after only downloading it because they gave me a free 12 dollar coupon. After spending 8 dollars I had to pay 6 cause I used a 10 percent coupon instead. What a headache. I messaged Palmstreet customer service about this and they were absolutely no help. The seller actually refunded me on his end which was very nice of him. All in all app sucks customer service on existing. Download whatnot instead.

Pushy app filled with scams and porn
I love most of this app. I can see what my favorite sellers are selling. I can find new sellers. But the ap is overwhelmed with low quality sellers and scam artist.
Not to mention the dude selling live videos of him putting whipped cream up his butt, you have people claiming to sell chances at handbags and you end up with a keychain. It's a glorified casino ap with no moderation.

In my first purchase I didn’t receive my plant. I bought it one month ago and I still waiting for it
Terrible support experience
Ordered a plant during a live sale where the seller repeatedly emphasized the shields and explicitly said on-stream she would not cut them for shipping. What arrived had every shield removed. When I raised it, the seller gave two different explanations — one to me directly, another to Palmstreet support — and declined a refund, only offering credit.
Support reviewed the stream transcript and confirmed she discussed prior shipments arriving with shields intact, but ultimately fell back on “the export team handles packing, no guarantees.” No real accountability for what was actually said live, which is what buyers are basing purchases on. If a live sale isn’t a reliable source of truth for what you’re getting, that undermines the whole format the app is built around.
Plant arrived alive, which is the only reason this isn’t 1 star.

Since I have started reselling on Palmstreet, it has helped me interact with people more & make new friends. I have selling in the fashion section, but was so surprised to see all the people selling plants. It amazing. It is very good entertainment! Infinity stars!!!🌟🌟🌟

Very nice plants at fair prices and the sellers have all done an amazing job packing and shipping!!! What not on the other hand has a lot of catching up to do!!!!
New Update is Horrible
Every update makes the app worse, please stop ruining the app. Can’t read text, swipes to random lives I have no interest when I’m watching the live I want to stay in.
Better apps available with better customer service
