Needs a cancel button
Amazing app but needs a cancellation button if you accidentally bid so before the timer runs out you can unbid!
Beware of scammers -not helpful admin!
I followed several sellers from Whatnot to Palmstreet. (NOT PLANT SELLERS)
I gave the app some time and found the same things with most sellers. The shipping time is not regulated! Sellers will wait for 1-2 weeks before shipping items (or at all for that matter). When you contact Palmstreet Admin they are not very helpful at all!
Several times I had paid for items or paid shipping on giveaways and the seller never sent the item. It took a month to get my money back.
Some of the “games” that sellers play are confusing (even after watching them for months!).
Some of the sellers seem to be making up their own rules as the games were played. The number of times sellers would be so rude to new players and then bend over backwards to give others sellers(also buyers) free stuff with the “I got you (wink wink)”!!!!

Not copy paste friendly
Listen, I’m a dude with ADHD. I don’t write things I copy and paste them that way I don’t make mistakes your app doesn’t allow me to do it easily. That’s all I’m saying.

Love this app I was able to find all the rare plants for a great price I love PALMSTREET it’s my new addiction it’s the first app I open up when I wake up lol

Been there done that! They stand by their word! Great and amazing +++ seller!!! Never a doubt in my mind again! Love you guys even though I never met you!!! Seen you every day live!! My favorite part!!!!
Bid fraud
Recently I bid for a Melo albo and at the end of the bid it says no winners how is that? Why is this app not being monitor? This is app is a fraud. I have the pictures to prove my comment.

It’s a bit busy and I don’t like how to exit a live stream but where it shines it’s very clean and easy buying function. I have heard the sellers say they like the selling aspects.
Nothing but trouble
I have had nothing but issues with this app when it comes to selling. I can buy with minor issues but selling has been a nightmare. I wish they would get it figured out. Maybe hire some tech people that know what they are doing. Can't see pictures in listings. Payouts are a nightmare. I loaded a show tonight and you can't see the display pic. Get it together! I haven't sold on here in weeks because of all the issues. I came back tonight to try it again and still issues. Went to see if there was an app update and nope just issues. Might just cancel the show i just uploaded. I'm over it!

Selling counterfeit items and lack of customer service
My first purchase on the Palmstreet app it was a counterfeit item. Although they stated in the rules that counterfeit items are not allowed and a refund will be granted. Every time I reached out to the customer service team with photos, emails and proof that the item I received was fake. They came back saying because of privacy reasons they cannot give me a refund or give me any further information how they’re gonna prevent counterfeit items in the future. Very disappointing especially because I even reached out to them before the item was shipped, saying that I no longer wanted it because the item was fake.

Overpriced, mislabeled, and commonly available plants for exorbitant prices. Monstera albos at $300 that you can buy at Home Depot for $30. Pink Princess Philodendron labeled as Strawberry Shake for $85, also available at Home Depot and Lowes for $30. Facebook marketplace is levels above this app for plants.

CAREFUL BIDDING
Things can escalate fast to the point where you don’t know what you are bidding and I ended up winning a bid for like $80 more than I wanted to spend. The bidding process is only fair if you are on the winning end. I am paying $90 more than someone else for the same product. The system doesn’t update quickly enough.

They are SCAMMERS themselves
They are extremely fishy! They have inner people buying from sellers, doing crazy chargebacks & also trying to get sellers to refund orders that make no sense. They don’t respect their OWN POLICY at all! They’re very contradicting in everything. 2 incidents happened to me where they tried to screw me with money & returns & the moment I brought up getting authorities involved, within seconds, they both times told me, “oh no need to do any further action from your part, we refunded them ourselves as a courtesy”….. yeah sure! Then recently, they sent me a list of 37 orders (old enough that video receipts were only avail for 10 of those) to refund. Mind you- the items returned (5 out of those 10 that were able to be verified), were NOT even the items actually returned! Yet with all the proof, from buyer & proof they made ME verify (b/c they wouldn’t even do their job), they still want me to refund hand picked amounts & orders that aren’t even the returned! It’s unbelievably insane! They went & put my account NEGATIVE -$2,000+ for those refunds! I did a live & was mentioning this to my ladies & warning other sellers & they immediately cut my live OFF. Then they sent me a message saying that b/c “I wasn’t selling anything” & so they were only letting me do private shows. Note: for private shows, there’s a link provided to where you have to share to the buyers you want to invite….BUT THEY MUTE ME at the same time! They are fishy as can be! When mentioning this to others, SEVERAL sellers spoke out & mentioned these things have also happened to them or friends they know. So this inner app scamming is very common apparently! You’ll are better off selling in other platforms b/c for sure, Palmstreet is a scam & they will eventually screw you! Beware, as a seller, we deserve security & they themselves are the ones trying to scam people- always using their own new accounts.

too many glitches from the app, it will keep you bidding without any update in the auction price and you’ll end up paying for the item’s price higher than your personal limit. just be on a the lookout
