Delivery and online orders • New DoorDash, Uber Eats and OrderOut orders open a large pop-up on any screen and keep chiming until someone responds. • A new Delivery screen: order cards with one button for the next step, plus search by number, name or phone. • Paid orders from the register and the kiosk can be sent to OrderOut. • The customer's saved address is ready to pick for a delivery order. Tables and checks • A table can hold several checks, each paid on its own (optional setting). • Pick the table on the floor plan when moving or merging orders. • A check open on another register is marked as in use. • Switch an order between Dine In, To Go and Quick Order. • Split checks rebalance themselves, and each part prints as a full receipt marked "Guest 1 of 3". Kitchen • Fire marks an item for the kitchen, and a timed Hold fires on its own. • Kitchen tickets and the kitchen display group dishes by course. • The kitchen sees returns, items voided after Fire, the customer's name and the order type. • Counter-service venues can start cooking as soon as a check is paid. • Servers see which dishes are ready to serve. Discounts, loyalty and payments • Promotions like "buy one, get one" apply by themselves. • Stamp cards for items, categories and visits, with rewards in one tap. • Discounts can have a separate rate for each item, and scheduled discounts show when they start. • Cashback rates per item and category. • After a partial payment, the pre-check and payment slip show what is paid and what is still due. • During a card payment, the register shows how long it has been waiting for the terminal. Receipts and reports • Receipt numbers include the register's letter, like A125. • Receipts list each discount by name and keep kitchen notes off the guest's copy. • The payment receipt shows the customer's details; cash payments print a single receipt. • More reports offer Shift, Day or Date range, and the summary report can cover the whole venue. • The shift report adds card brands, tax-exempt checks and an audit block, and there is a new Employee report. Kiosk • The kiosk can ask for the guest's name, phone and email before payment. • It shows the back-office menu, hides or marks sold-out items, and can print the receipt by itself. Team • Managers see the whole team's hours and can correct shift times. • A forgotten clock-out stops counting at 16 hours. • Grant access right at the register with a manager's PIN. Also • Sale limits by time of day and buyer age. • Back-office changes and new prices reach the register in about 5 minutes. • Add items by scanning with the camera. • Print to Star printers over the network. • Customer phone numbers start with +1. • Korean interface language. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
