Professional, Competent and Knowledgeable are just a few words to describe this Physical Trainer. Motivator and Compassionate are a few more. Just provide the goals ( minus the sweat ) and Pamela Myers will make it happen. Competition background is also a plus that this trainer brings to the table. Experience with all the latest technology and physical training equipment, you can’t go wrong with her as your personal trainer. If you want to see results, then this is your trainer.
