It’s a waste of time
Had issues with a coupon where they did not send the intended coupons , had 2 . Emailed them and I could clearly see the coupons in the app , but they were not happy to help to re send them .
They said they will put the points back but then they raised the coupons points , so for example with 650 just a coupon of £3.00 . And also reduced the options of buying from different stores . Can now buy only Amazon and Tesco . Very frustrating! Thanks pampers ?!

Deleting
Now you have put a new rewards system in place I lost over a 1000 points , you only have vouchers for Tesco / Amazon and I shop

Very Disappointed Since Latest Update
When I first downloaded the app (Nov 2025) you could get rewards vouchers for different size packs of nappies and multipack wipes. Vouchers were available for numerous retailers and for different values.
Now, you can only get two different values of vouchers for two retailers (Tesco or Amazon). The voucher values are now £2 or £5 off, whereas last year there were a bigger range of values on the vouchers (previous reviews show you used to get free packs!!).
Currently (and for the past few weeks, the £5 vouchers are out of stock?! Yet the points for £ value of the £2 is not as good a deal as the £5 vouchers (you would need to spend more points for a lower value voucher).
I really like Pampers products and they have always worked well for my baby but this change to the rewards does not make you feel that Pampers wants to reward you for loyalty as they would lead you to believe or how they previously rewarded customers.
What’s the point in the rewards app now?
I’d be interested to know if other countries get a better deal.

No vouchers left
Originally this app was good and encouraged me to keep purchasing pampers as I knew I could get money off however in the past few months more and more vouchers have discontinued with only the £2 left now. Feels like a con.

In the last couple of months, they’ve taken away a lot of the voucher options and your left with about 3 different postal vouchers only. Like how do you run out of e-vouchers it’s a joke. And the rewards

Feels like a bit of a con
Just cashed in 2000 points (that’s a LOT of nappies), for an Amazon voucher and I’ve tried to use it for multiple pampers Amazon purchases and it’s ineligible apparently. So glad I spent so long painstakingly typing in these silly codes to get sweet FA. So glad you guys have my money and data for nothing in return. Maybe let’s just get supermarket nappies next time.

What’s happening with rewards
It’s really disappointing. I’ve been collecting points for a long time so I’d have a choice of rewards and could redeem them when I wanted. When I finally opened the app to claim a reward, there were only four rewards left – and in reality it’s only two, since each is available as either a paper or digital version. It feels like there’s hardly any choice anymore.
