I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Tafadzwa, the manager at Panarottis Wonderpark, for his outstanding customer service.
During my visit, my profiles were mixed up and I couldn’t access my kids’ birthday vouchers. Tafadzwa went above and beyond - he patiently contacted customer care not once, but twice, ensuring that my correct account was located.
Despite being busy, he remained calm, professional, and incredibly patient, even taking our order himself to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience.
It’s rare to encounter such genuine dedication and care these days. Tafadzwa truly represents what excellent customer service should be.

App can't find our area I have to manually scroll through the options. If I type it in it says it can't find it. All the times I have tried this has been the case. It is not my spelling or a typo it just does not work. Otherwise it works great.

Gluten Free option not available at promotions
Looks like all of the Spur group apps.. works well but can’t order the R199 x 2 pizza special as no option to add Gluten free bases. The option is available under the normal menu though. Why?
