Missing a simple countdown off-timer
The app works fine for basic control, but it's missing a simple countdown-style off timer (e.g. "turn off in 2 hours") — only a weekly Schedule feature is available.
This is a pretty standard feature in most other home/utility apps (fans, plugs, other AC brands), so it's surprising not to see it here.
Would really appreciate this being added — it's a small feature but makes a big difference for everyday use.

This app is fantastic! I truly appreciate how it allows me to control my AC from anywhere, making life so much more convenient. I have a suggestion for future updates: it would be great to have a scheduling feature that lets users set specific dates and times for the AC to turn on or off, as well as choose which days of the week it should operate. This would enhance its functionality even further!

Disappointing
This app was previously fantastic but something happened a few weeks back that I can no longer set an off time with the timer.
Another issue is that I have my timer set to off on the app and my heater still comes on.
Any work around for the iOS app on the way?

Infuriatingly inept, useless technical burden this app is. Can someone contact me to walk me through how I set the timer function.
Good app
Great app no real big issues. Only like to have things would be if the heat temperature setting could go below 16 to say 14 and if the zoning function was on the home screen so you didn’t have to go into another page and could see everything at a glance
HWS control needs improving
I have a 315L HWS installed and my only complaint is that I can’t set the secondary timer early in the morning to ensure great hot water for morning showers. I set the primary timer for the middle of the day when solar is providing power, and for some reason the app forces me to set the secondary timer after that. This means I set it to 11pm for an hour, when I’d much rather set it for 5am. Is there a reason? Can it be rectified?

Unable to access my own unit
The app worked brilliantly until an update logged me out.
I purchased a Panasonic AC unit partly because of the Smart Control features. During winter the app allowed me to create schedules that automatically adjusted temperatures throughout the day making the system and efficient to use.
Unfortunately after a recent app update I was logged out and have been unable to regain access. The app now now claims I need approval from the unit owner, despite the fact I am the unit owner and I am using my original account. My log in details are rejected and I have no way of relinking the system.
As a result I am unable to change the winter schedules or remotely control the unit. The system continues operating on settings that I can no longer access, meaning I have to manually intervene with a remote control every 2 hours.
Customer support gave me generic responses that have not resolved the issue. For a premium product, this level of support and reliability is unacceptable.
The air conditioning unit itself may be good, but the app and support experience have been incredibly frustrating. Until Panasonic fixes the account ownership and log in issues, I cannot recommend the smart features or app for this product.

Works exactly how I need it to
Works exactly how I need it to. I can remotely control the temperature in the rooms in my house, I can set a schedule, or I can set an off timer.
The only strange thing is I that I think there is a glitch with the energy consumption tab - some days randomly show as us using 100x the energy of other days, and our home smart meter does not show that.

My dead grandmother could design a better UI. And add sleep timer function (not just daily program) please.
One of the better aircon apps
We use this for our ducted air conditioning system and it’s great. Easy to make schedules and monitor power usage.
iPhone/iPad App
Too much wasted space in displays. Should be able to have On/Off, temp setting and zone settings on 1 screen. Why not have sliders for zone percentage, visible on same page as On/Off. Far too difficult to view and change settings at present.
Off centre logo drives me crazy every time I open the app.

Not smart
I set up my new Panasonic AC unit to the app. Worked well. After a while the app no longer showed the unit in my comfort cloud app. That was annoying as I really only wanted to go through the process once. Since then, I have followed the instructions and it keep saying it unable to join my network. Pretty disappointing Panasonic. You talk a big game but fail to follow through. It should not be this hard. Will probably go with another brand of ac for the rest of my house. I can’t be bothered with tech that doesn’t work
