Despite the feedback from different users, the app has not improved over the years and other companies are already offering the same.
The app offers a good UI for a smart AC. Easy to use, simple but useful, but in the last update, it became irresponsive not even with the remote.
Also, it will be great if an option to mute the beep of the AC can be provided. Nothing more annoying than getting a beep in the middle of the night because someone decided to change something in the AC or simply because the smart cicle ended.

Right now we can save customize temperature changes by hour, but it can be better if it can save other settings like the light of the ac, the fan speed, the vertical and horizontal position, etc.

It works for me but must be improved
It must show basic information like how many hours the AC has been used in a day, week and month, and in what particular mode. Currently it simply shows total electricity consumption units history which is helpful but it gives no information that these many units were consumed during these many hours of operation so we are unable to optimise the AC use. Also there is some bug in the AC PCB/WiFi module, the firmware or the app because the AC disconnects from the app (forgets WiFi connection) every few weeks and I have to add it again which should be investigated and fixed.

App Keeps Going Offline Repeatedly
The app is currently not working properly. Even though my AC is connected to Wi-Fi successfully, the app keeps showing the device online for 1–2 seconds and then offline again repeatedly every time I open the app. Because of this constant switching between online and offline status, the app becomes unusable and I’m unable to control the AC properly.
This issue needs to be fixed ASAP. The developers seriously need to improve the app stability and remove these bugs. Going forward, better quality checks and maintenance are required because right now the app experience is very disappointing.

The starting screen logo
I really appreciate the design and effort that went into the app, but could you please consider reducing or removing the startup animation? It looks nice the first time, but it appears every time I open the app even when I just want to quickly change the AC temperature. It slows down access and can be a bit frustrating when in a hurry. Most users probably open the app just to control their devices, not to watch the intro each time. A faster startup experience would make it much more convenient.

Extremely Disappointed – App Lacks Basic Smart Features
I’ve been using the MirAiE app for over 3 months now, and the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Here are the major issues:
1. No Option to Set Converti i7 Mode in Custom or Default Profiles. This defeats the purpose of smart automation. Why is such a core mode not available in profile settings?
2. Cannot Raise Maintenance Requests. The app says I need to select warranty information, but no option appears for selecting it. Completely broken workflow.
3. Very often, the app fails to send commands to the AC. This is unacceptable for a “smart” control app.
4. Not a Real Remote Replacement. The app should replace the physical remote, but it lacks essential features:
-No ability to fully customize profiles
-No option to schedule on/off at specific times
-Cannot set or change Converti i7 mode based on time or temperature
-Overall, it’s just too limited and unreliable
5. Warranty Still Shows as “Pending Approval” After 3+ Months! Seriously? This just adds to the frustration.

Quick Launch & Dark Mode
When I wake up in the middle of the night and launch the app, it feels like it takes forever for the app to load due to the animations, then I have to select the room, and then get to the controls. The app needs to feel fast and responsive. Please re-work and skip right to the controls as fast as possible. Also, the interface is so blinding bright to be operated at night. Please give us an amazing dark mode so that it is easy on our eyes.

App connnectivity issue
I’m experiencing frequent issues with the Miraie app across all my devices. Many times, the app shows a “Connection Lost” message, even when my internet connection is stable. This happens randomly and disrupts my ability to control or monitor my devices through the app. I’ve tried restarting the app and reinstalling it, but the problem persists. It’s frustrating, especially when I need to access smart features urgently. The app should provide a more reliable and consistent connection. I hope the developers address this issue soon with an update that improves the app’s stability and overall performance across devices.

Today I received a call in morning by Mr. Rahul from Panasonic team for my long pending problem for AC not connecting to mirAIe app. And he asked me to connect via video call whenever I am available ….and just after 15 mins I called him up and he helped me and resolved my issue instantly and he was very professional in his knowledge and work. Finally connected to the right guy after almost a month .. mirAIe / Panasonic team just have to create an option to connect directly to the software / technical team in their chatbot support section. Improvement Needed
The app is buggy and hangs often, you have to ens session most of the times and start again. First time configuring it is a real pain. The app does not remember your last settings or temperature. Also the controls or the UI is very poor - you click something and it does something else. There has never been an update since last two years that i have used it. Panasonic is least interested in improving this app. And i have really no clue as to what AI is or does which is in the name of this app!!

There are some welcome accessibility changes in this release
Well, finally, looks like the panasonic team has listen to the feedback I provided regarding the in accessible interface of the app.
This release contains some welcome accessibility changes due to which I can use MirAIe app to control my split AC as a blind person.
For instance, when I change the temperature of the AC, or the mode of the AC, there is an audible feedback provided by voice over.
The simple task like powering on or off the AC also is possible now.
I am also able to set the timer after which I can turn on or turn off the AC I am still exploring the new app, however, it looks better as compare to the earlier versions which had many accessibility issues.
there are many more improvements to be made, for example, better labelling of controls, And adjusting the AC temperature is not so simple. the dragable slider is still not accessible. Yeah, instead of custom slider implementing the standard gesture based slider would help to control the AC temperature more efficiently .
Having said that, this looks like a good start.

Difficulty to view the options
I’ve been using Mirae app on my iPhone 15, and while the app is generally fantastic and user-friendly, there’s an issue with the context menu that needs addressing. When I tap the ellipsis on top right in my AC controls screen, the context menu often appears behind the Dynamic Island (the notch). This makes it difficult to see and select options, disrupting the user experience.
I hope the developers can fix this in a future update to ensure that all menus are fully visible and accessible. Despite this issue, the app remains a great tool, and I’m looking forward to continued improvements.

Disappointed with Panasonic MirAIe App
While I love my Panasonic AC, the MirAIe app leaves a lot to be desired.
Slow and Clunky: The app is sluggish and lacks a polished, user-friendly interface. Compared to LG ThinQ, it feels outdated.
Limited Energy Tracking: The energy tracking feature is basic and unhelpful. It only updates daily usage information after 8AM, with no live data or hourly breakdowns.
Missing Room Temp Display: There's no way to easily see if the desired room temperature has been reached.
Unusable Profiles: Profiles for setting hourly on/off and temperature are pointless without options for other settings like swing, Converti7, and eco/powerful modes.
Frustrating Alexa Integration: Using Alexa, I can't turn on the AC with a specific temperature. I have to give two separate commands, one to turn it on and another for the temperature.
Overall, the app needs significant improvement to match the quality of Panasonic ACs.

Panasonic AC service
Kushwaha Dharmesh: I was having problem with my Panasonic AC , it showing E8 error on display. I called this guy who did free service to my ac, I used to save such technical person. He came in and checked the PCB is bad. He register a complaint for me with Panasonic. In two days he show up with PCB and installed it. Now the AC works fine. I personally thanks to Dharmesh Kushwaha and Panasonic company service for such a fast and fantastic service.

Great app but can improve
Hello, this app is a good one to use. Works seamlessly.
Would like to give 2 suggestions which can be implemented vie OTA.
1. The profile settings let’s us set the ac temp or shut down the ac on hourly basis. Please make a option to make it for every 30min. That will be more flexible as shutting ac down for 1 hour in between is not that useful. Ppl will end up manually starting the ac which makes the profile feature useless.
2. Once we put on the profile, the converteri7 feature that we set gets nullified. Can’t we make the converteri7 option to be continued even after we set a profile.
Hope the feedback is considered.

Connectivity is not working
I just bought Panasonic AC which is a connected product. But when I try to connect it with my app, it’s not connecting. It is sticker at the step where we have to connect to PANASONICXXXXX wifi. Even after selecting the same, when I go to the app it’s still displaying the popup saying enable the wifi. My home broadband is also working fine with decent speed. Actually after selecting the PANASONIC hotspot network, app should ideally ask to connect to specific home-wifi, which is not happening.
Even more disappointing is, after sharing this review, PANASONIC doesn’t even reply to this feedback or try to resolve this connectivity issue.

Good app.
Recently bought 2ton split ac and faced some installation issues. Mr Pradeep of Panasonic responded well in resolving the installation issues and also explained well the features of the ac along with this app. Thank you Pradeep. I found the app very useful and facilitates remote control of the ac connected with wi-fi and also provides energy consumption details, however, I am sometimes facing disconnection to the ac when using the app in my iPhone and I hope the issues may be resolved early by Panasonic. Overall good app.

Very good app, please add Siri/ HomeKit support
This is a very good app when compared to other similar IOT apps from various manufacturers. Interface is nice and buttons are ergonomically arranged. Can improve on the temperature slider though.
One feature request, we iOS users are having is HomeKit/Siri support. As I have a home full of HomeKit compatible devices, only Panasonic AC stands out now! Either Siri shortcut support or complete HomeKit support required. I tried Alexa integration - it works okay. But for an iOS/Apple ecosystem user, HomeKit support is necessary.
Hope you will consider this request and implement these features in the future updates.
