Upsetting
I I tried reaching out to them today because I’ve been paying for their subscription for a couple months and still have not been able to take out in advance, so I reached out wondering why and they started a ticket and now my account is completely screwed up and they won’t even let me connect my bank. I would not waste your time:(

Can not get approved
I’ve tried everyday to get approved and I keep getting the message that I don’t qualify even though I have steady income deposited into my account. They gave me a free month but I won’t be paying a subscription fee if I’m not approved.

Like others have said this is a marketing data company pretending to be fin app. They lie about the cash advances/eligibility all while mining your data and contacts etc. Stay far away.

I signed up for this app. For three straight days, I tried to get a cash advance. For three straight days it says I’m not eligible, but I meet all the requirements, including well more than 3 months of bank deposits, regular activity, and a positive balance. Don’t bother with this app.

Alex is wonderful, he helped me with a problem I was having. He was very fast and efficient. His has excellent customer service. Please give him a promotion with a big pay raise

The goal is to atleast steal the first 9.99 from you and hope you forget about the subscription. This app does not pay.
Don’t waste your time
This app doesn’t approve you for any advance even when you have regular activity in your bank account. My feeling is that this app just wants to charge you a fee and wants your information. There are better apps than this one.
Do not recommend
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have a good banking history with my bank and an income coming in every two weeks and somehow to not qualify. Seems off to me. I do not recommend. I do not understand how they have 4 starts on this app.
The app doesn’t work
I have used the app for maybe about a month and for some reason I don’t meet the requirements to get the cash advance. I have an active bank account. I have regular deposit from my employer. My account is not overdrafted. I was going to close my account, but they offered me another month for free so I kept my account for the last two weeks or so every other day, I would go to see if I was approved and I’m not. I really feel like this app. Just want your money for the subscription, but they don’t follow through with giving an advance.
