App needs help
The app is English friendly however you can’t even login into your account. You restart the password based on an email they send you, but then when you log in it says no matching email found, yet they sent you an email listed on your account to reset the password. Basically same exact service as taobao.

Cause more problems than they solve
They advertise as if they are an assistant service but they are nothing more than Taobao in English. They add no value to the experience at all. You would get the same level of service is if you just handed your phone to a random person on the street.
