I had made a large order of several different types cuts facets frosted teardrops rounds, you name it I got it and I was very pleased with the complete order I am wanting to make another order- soon I hope- I recommend all the panda hall products, the glass beads were my last order but not my first

I’ve been purchasing items from PandaHall for about 12 years. I’ve been very happy with 99% of what I receive the other one percent they make good on. They’re a very good company. Payment confusing
The app itself is really easy to use and can even find products if I make a typo. The wishlist is a handy feature. I have had trouble confirming if payment went through or not when using PayPal, thinking it was confirmed but then being prompted to pay again.
My new favorite
I love the selection and ease of navigating the app! I think it can be confusing and there are some really long descriptions which kinda gets confusing sometimes. But it was easy to find what I was looking for and I love the multiple choice option for wishlists!

I would appreciate the full page instead of just a larger box on my iPad.

I find shopping on the app is smooth and the app itself is great! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that every time I place an order they are either out of stock on items I want or they just don’t seem to carry them at all. And the items I’m looking for common items. But I am always pleased with the items I do receive!

Crashes constantly
The app crashes and I lose my place so often it’s hard to shop on it . Really poor, I’ve never had an app that’s done this .

This app is not good .. It crashes every day. However, PandaHall itself really helps its customers and delivers everything on time
Doesn’t work
I logged in and started my research. After 2 minutes the “network timeout” sign came up. I tried disconnecting my Wi-Fi, then internet on my phone… Everything works apart from this app.
Bug
Il y’a bcp de choix mais l’application bug ! Quand on consulte une fiche produit , au bout de quelques secondes la page disparaît pour revenir à l’accueil. Ça fait ça à chaque fiche produit … donc c est embêtant il faut résoudre ce bug c est frustrant… ça pénalise votre note …

Business is possible
The site very easy and have a great amounts of items the tarrif is scaring me . Not sure how we will make it work becsuse we are already having hard time thinking how things will turn out . But we at least have a place to shop and get great quality .

Excellent prices, delivery surprisingly fast!
Terrific pricing, not everything is in unmanageable quantities for smaller jewellery makers. Delivery is surprisingly quick - never more than 2 weeks from China. Have never encountered a problem with quality. Overall, highly recommended.
