불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 구독 취소는 다음 자동 갱신만 중단하며, 이미 결제된 8,800원이 자동 환불되는 것은 아닙니다. App Store 결제와 환불은 Apple에서 처리하므로 Apple 구매 내역에서 별도로 환불을 신청해 주세요. 신청 상태와 입금 시점도 Apple 지원을 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.

We apologize for the IP location issue! 😔 This is often caused by browser cache or specific protocol routing. Based on your settings, please try: Switch to "WireGuard Mode" (at the bottom of the Protocol list), which provides better IP consistency. If using PandaVPN Mode, ensure "Enable IPv6 Tunnel" is checked to prevent leaks. Use Incognito mode in your browser to check the IP again. If it still fails, please email panda7x24@gmail.com with your device info. We will fix it!
