The way they find people who got ticketed is not always accurate. They labeled me as the last driver over a parking incident where I was claimed to have parked in a certain spot, where I definitely did not park because it was an obvious handicap spot and I never ever park in those spots, ever. This is enough for me to leave a one star review and to delete my account, I do not want to be accused of things I have never done especially with the local police. I resolved the issue and everything is fine, but I do not want a repeat of this incident so I am deleting my account. This is the biggest problem with this app, I advise you to be careful if you use this service. Thank you

Nie działa.

Pomimo wielokrotnych prób nie da się zmusić aplikacji do współpracy.
Najpierw gdy ja założyłam to odmawiała zweryfikowania mnie przez bardzo długi czas choć teoretycznie miało być 24h. Następnie po zweryfikowaniu kazala mi sie zalogować ponownie, i to cała historia bo zalogować sie nie da. Hasło (zapisane) nie działa, a WIELOKROTNE próby resetu hasła kończą sie kompletnie niczym. Być może wszyscy ludzie którym udaje sie skorzystać z tych samochodów przez aplikacje są użytkownikami androida.

Sama firma jest super bo korzystałam z usług długodystansowych wypożyczeń aut wielokrotnie i zawsze wszystko było ok. Niestety tym z aplikacji chyba nie przejadę sie nigdy.

No service for foreign visitors

Visited Warsaw couple days ago. Thought that I can use carsharing instead of airport rentals. But unfortunately they require local documents(Pesel etc). I spent 20 mins registering just to get email from them that they cannot process my US driving license.

Usługa fajna. Aplikacja nie fajna.

Usługa wynajmu, ceny i dostępność aut jest super. Problemem jest aplikacja: bardzo niewydajna, nieresponsywna, potrafi się zawiesić w najgorszym momencie (np. przy kończeniu najmu). Niestety jest słabiutka UXowo, a jeszcze gorsza wizualnie (paskudna). Aplikacja to zdecydowanie najgorsza cześć usługi.
