Waste of money

The app pops up for apple id passcode on every start, but still needs one to reunlock bought levels every time it’s opened. I have other Pango games that don’t have this issue

Response from developer

We’re sorry for this issue. Your purchases should stay unlocked. Please check you’re logged into the same Apple ID and try restarting the app. If the problem persists, contact us at pango@studio-pango.com so we can help.

Fica pedindo a senha Apple toda hora.

Great but…

Found this app on a tablet from my library. Got it for my phone and it’s so clever.

My son loves it and I do to. But… I paid the extra $5 to get full access and it REGULARLY “forgets” that I paid. I keep loosing access to the game.

Response from developer

Hello, Thank you for your message and for your support. You should not lose access once the full version has been purchased. What is happening is that the app sometimes does not keep the purchase correctly stored on the device, so it may ask the store again and lock the content temporarily. Our team is aware of this issue and is working to fix it as soon as possible. In the meantime, please try tapping the purchase button again. This should not charge you again, but it can help the app reconnect with the store and restore access. Thank you.

Response from developer

Used to be free

But now you have to pay just to unlock more levels?!?

Response from developer

Hello, Thanks for your message. We understand your frustration. The app now offers a free version with some content accessible to all, while additional levels help support our work and allow us to keep creating quality, ad-free experiences for children. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to contact us at pango@studio-pango.com

Would be good if…

All the levels are not paid!!! Pango I think your games are becoming paid access!!!

Response from developer

Intuitive Algorithmic Logic for Kids

I was looking for an application that would allow my children to approach algorithmic logic. I was well served!

Beautiful very intuitive application that allows my 7 year old child to play without worries, with a lot of fun.
