Unusable for Americans
Can’t even register with an American number. I hope Jerusalem requires improvement or cancels contract with Pango. Useless.

App is known to charge you even after you stop the app
Be careful with this app. I have received charges for an entire day of parking even after stopping it. I remember that day 100%. It said my parking had stopped and gave me a final cost, but it was still charging money on the server end of the app as I had learned a month later when I got my bill. My advice is simple: Always screen capture the moment you finish your parking time so you have something you can dispute if a charge comes up erroneously. Happened to me while using app in Israel.

Will not switch to English
I’ve tried everything, including deleting and reinstalling the app, but no matter what I do, the app will not switch to English. Then, when I enter my US mobile number, I get (in Hebrew) an “oops” message
I used this app back in 2019 with success.
Maybe it has a problem with the latest iOS (26.2) on iPhone 16 Pro?

Cant Verify
The app cannot verify my US phone number. I’ve tried several times to delete and reinstall the app extremely disappointing.
Beware of unsolicited subscriptions
Beware of the Pango Smart subscription service. They added it to my account without my permission and it was extremely difficult to remove. You cannot remove it in the app, they do not respond by phone, they offer a callback service that did not work, their WhatsApp customer service is an AI bot that can’t remove the service, and getting to a live agent is very very hard and time consuming.

I received an email to pay a balance. (Not sure from when)

Pango hates me
It wants me to validate my phone number, but it keeps saying “oops.” I delete it and try to reinstall, and it says “somebody already is using that number.”

Customer service is comically bad
Coming for a visit from abroad, trying to sign up and getting error messages. Trying to resolve the issue, it seems that customer service is a very (very) low priority for this company. It’s getting comical how bad the reps are handling this.
I suggest to use Cello. Much better, from my experience they really care about their customers.

My wife and I share a car and we both can’t use the app? Lots of issues to correct before they get to a workable app
Can’t set up an account
I am trying to sign into the app for the first time, but it won’t send me a verification code and I can’t park my car. Very frustrating

what a stupid app, once you don't have a car you cannot use the app AT ALL.

Requires phones for kids
Wanted to be able to pay for public transport for me and the kids through the app. However you can’t register kids to your account if they don’t have a phone number! This is ridiculous- since when so little children require a phone so that I can pay the discounted rate on a bus?

אני הורדתי את האפליקציה כי היה לי רכב שכור ואחרי זה כבר לא הייתי צריכה את האפליקציה יותר. קיבלתי הודעה מהבנק שיש לי חיוב בהוראת קבע מפנגו וכשצלצלתי אליהם לברר הם אמרו לי שלא וזה כנראה טעות מחקו לי את החשבון ושאין לי מה לדאוג! נכנסתי לחשבון בנק וראיתי שתי הוראות קבע פעילות לפנגו!
פשוט חוצפה!!! גם גונבים וגם משקרים עדיף לשלם בחניון רגיל מאשר להשתמש האפליקציה הזאת!

I’m from the USA using a rental car , set up Pango
Used it 3 times and all 3 times I got total of 3?tickets
not only did I pay for Pango now I have to pay for three tickets, of course, there’s nobody at tango to speak to to get help so now I’m screwed
