About

Remembering to drink can be hard. Pani makes it feel lighter. Meet Thopa, a cheerful droplet who keeps drink logging simple, offers gentle reminders, and celebrates steady progress without shame or pressure. With Pani, you can: - Log your usual water amount in one tap. - Track water, sparkling water, tea, coffee, milk, juice, soda, sports drinks, and alcoholic drinks. Nonalcoholic drinks count toward fluid progress. Alcohol can be recorded but does not add hydration progress. - Choose a custom amount and remember favorite serving sizes. - Set optional local reminders inside your own wake and sleep window. - Snooze a reminder or log water directly from its notification. - See daily progress, a seven-day history, and playful Thopa unlocks. - Log water from a Home Screen widget or with Siri and Shortcuts. - Optionally save plain and sparkling water entries to Apple Health. - Use fluid ounces or milliliters. Pani starts with an editable beverage estimate based on population values published by the U.S. National Academies. It tracks drinks, not water from food. The estimate is a starting point, not a personal prescription or a quota. Needs vary. Follow your thirst and any plan provided by your clinician. Your Pani profile, preferences, and drink history stay on your device. There is no Pani account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Apple Health access is optional, and Pani still works if you decline it. Pani is a general wellness tracking and reminder tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
