What a terrible way to end this experience!
Dear FIFA and app developers after working on this Panini Virtual album for more than 3 months and collecting all the stickers/cards, working hard on swapping cards with so many people around the world, completing the challenges and proudly collecting more than 200 GOLD cards for the players.
On Feb 1st 2023, the app locked up and forced me to update it. When I opened the new version… for my surprise and total disappointment, I simply lost all the work I did?
1 - There was no warning yesterday for me to alert this was coming so I could at least do some print screens…
2 - There was no opportunity for me to save my digital and virtual album today prior to the update.
3 - There was no option offered to email me a link where I could download / convert my personal digital album into a PDF…
Therefore, I could not believe that I simply lost all my precious time collecting and trading cards for nothing… I am so mad, disappointed that I could do nothing besides cry….
That’s really sad!
If you care, please respond and I will be more than happy to discuss further and I can provide my FIFA ID, Email, phone number, etc.

Everything for nothing
The album is now gone and replaced with a generic one. What was the point of collecting golden stickers and getting achievements if we can’t even see them anymore?
Disgraceful
Thanks for taking away all the stickers I saved up over the past few months and giving me an album already complete. You’ve just completely wasted my time saving all this up over the past few months. Absolutely disgusting you do this to your customers. Clearly you couldn’t care about anyone but yourselves. Yeah, I’m furious. All that work I’ve put in is ruined!! I can’t begin to explain just how angry I am!!!!!

Just need to update a bit
Mostly, let me start, FIRST when I am trying to be a guest it just keep saying “Sorry the game is full” even tho I want to play. I love the game but I just hate that “Sorry the game is full.”

A few days ago I was just scrolling threw the App Store and then this hame when I first join it showed the loading screen and when I press next it said sign in or be Guest and when I click it it said sorry it to full you guys need to fix your game😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡😡🤬😡🤬

App needs to be updated a bit more often. I can’t log into my account which means that I can’t redeem my codes wether if it’s on the app or online.
Great but a little issue
I love the game but I hate that in the registration part you have to put in private information but other than that the app is great.
Interesting way to play
It’s really good way to play without spending money… I played in 2018 and now 2022, keep in mind this is free and digital.. it no will be the same experience as you play the real one!

Yo wassup rovers! I’m just here to say BabyOwl32 is back in the coop and this swapping thing is slowwwww! Rit now I hav 31 stikers in my s2p stack Nothing happens! I’m rich but I’d rather spend my money (monnnnnneyyyyyyyyy!)on other stuff I don’t want to pay for a trial and I hate that I can’t shave steam or whatever whiteout a dumb trial!

A little issue
Im my opinion, it is an amazing game, but there is one issue that makes me rate it 3 stars. So the problem is that when you try to sign in, it just doesn’t let you sign in, and also (this wont be an issue) it’s just very boring that you can only open 1 pack per day if you aren’t signed in, and waiting an entire day for 1 pack is just very stressful.

Sticker Swap
App works ok although it doesn’t let you know it needs an update, but that took care of most issues. Need more assistance on the sticker swap. It keeps sending two of my stickers for one of another players, but I have never receive two for one. It should just always be one for one, until you don’t need any more. Not sure what the problem is, but really annoying. Also, seems like you should be able to open more than 4 packs a day. I have 32 packs available, but can only open 4 and that’s how many I receive free each day so how will I ever be able to open my additional packs that I received from scanning the bar codes in stickers I purchased.

Should let everyone do everything
Every day I get on it to open my packs. I wonder how I can get more packs. I think it is dumb because you need to complete the account to use everything. I tried doing it, and it won’t even let me sign in. Fun game, but should take away the completing feature so everybody who didn’t complete can use the same features as everyone else.

I love this game it is an awesome idea I’m so exited because I’m from the us and I only need one more sticker to complete. I also collect the irl stickers which I love and I’m so happy that u can scan the irl items to get virtual items I got Cristiano Ronaldo that way! Overall this game is 6/5 but I can only put 5/5 so yeah

Increase daily open limit
Right now the limit for opening packs is 4 a day, last year it was 5 a day apparently. This new update means that there are more cards to fill in, we should be able to open more packs a day.

The game is a little bit glitchy it doesn’t let me put my stickers on The book so I’m telling this because it doesn’t let my players go on the book and I scanned the Coca-Cola bottle thatThat is said in the right page and I never got my bonus pack it said if I scan it I will get it and now today when I was going to the app they suddenly updated it and I had to put my players thank you owner

Amazingly poor
It never ceases to amaze me how can some developers can make such poor products in 2022, but this app has proven once again. The registration is an absolute nightmare of creating steps after steps and none of them actually working. It’s the worst.
I can’t log in on iPad.
I keep trying to log into my account and getting stuck when it asks me for my favorite team. I am unable to search for a team to add or pass on answering that question. I have to give the app 1 star since I can’t get into my account.
Missing something
Me and my brother play this game and he has 3 scanning options I have 2 I can only scan Coca Cola products and panini items I cannot scan coke cards also known as team believers but over all it is a great game so that is why I changed my review to 4 stars.
Worst app
It’s the worst I try to make a account and doesn’t work all cause of the name I’ve tried random letters and still I will hate this I thought it was gonna be fun I hate this app I’d do it in real life instead and waste all me money f this app hate
