If you want to spend thousands of dollars on nothing and getting ignored by their customer service then I highly recommend this app! I lost billions of brain cells just by talking to their customer service staff. They blame everything on you and calls you a liar even though you are the one who didn’t get the package:)

坑钱垃圾app
交的空运的钱都是海运运来的！ 永远都迟到！3个月等了你敢信！ 按照他们的价目表交钱之后客服会在找补钱 说不够 每次都是 但是你有什么问题找他们 他们从来不会这么快出来解决 而且他们从不解决问题 只会解决客人 说什么你再这样以后不给你代购了！运费巨贵 600刀的1千刀的运费你敢信！我还不是说买了家具啊啥的大东西就小东西也就 三个鞋盒的体积大小！

疫情时东西太久了要帮我们跟邮局处理反而让我们自己去 去找他们 她们说谁让你自己选择出国的！ 之后各种 优惠券方面耍小聪明骗人。他们导致的物品损坏 找他们反被威胁说以后不给你代购了！

I ordered total 7 items in my package. But only 5 items arrived. Be aware!

大約一年前Panli 升級應用頁面。 新的應用頁面真的十分垃圾，使用不便以外，設計也很垃圾！非常不好用；嘗試跟客服反映，一直也不回覆。
以前光顧Panli 購物很方便而且客服態度好，代購商品包裝嚴實。 現在卻令人很失望！ 外盒包裝很劣，薄薄的一個紙盒；收到的東西，盒子被摔得變形，內裡的東西破損，根本不能使用！😡

差评 第一次用 也是最后一次
1.客服回复极慢 等一个小时都不回 提示叫留言 留言之后客服又说记录会清理 留了白留
2.出现问题只会推卸责任 不会道歉补偿
3.收费不写清楚 到了突然还要交一大笔关税 最后弄得邮费比东西还贵

客服越来越差
一直用panli,之前很靠谱，完全值得5星。近几年，客服真的越来越差。每次联系客服，都要气炸一次。问客服收件了么，竟然问寄到哪里。然到我不是寄到你panli了么。能问出这种问题，真的匪夷所思。。催入库，今天推明天，明天推后天。客服真的是牛逼到不行了。真的，每次烦到爆。
Don’t recommend
I’m writing behalf of its service, not the performance of the actual app. It seems like they only have a couple customer service reps for thousands of clients. Every time I want to get a answer for something I have to message them numerous times. Oh and they lie about their shipping plans. I picked the fasted one which arrives 2-4days for extra premium and guess what it took them 7 days to arrive.

丢件后赔偿沟通不顺利 客服建议换别家 太差劲了！
很坑的转运
之前买东西再三询问一些东西能不能邮寄，告诉我都能邮，之后结果收到海关的信，说是都是违禁的食品，要销毁。给她们打电话，她们就会推卸责任，说被扣了就清关啊，我说都要销毁了怎么清关，她们说清关不管她们的事，很不耐烦而且挂电话，给她们打投诉电话竟然是同一个人接的。最差的转运，没有之一。损失了好几百刀就因为相信了她们。
客服快点回复就完美了
用了很久 其实还可以。就是客服回复慢。偶尔app不好使。感觉panli在变好

After recent update it loses its login even when you are in the middle of using it.
Not only the app is bad, the whole business is a scam.
This app should be taken off the shelf. False advertisement as being the most professional service provider.
You won’t have a clue how much it’s going to cost you for shipping. online customer service is a joke at best, usually takes more than 24 hours to respond and when they do, their answers are evasive.

真的太差了！
千万别用！每次寄件都以各种名目加收费用，东西已经打包好你也不能不交，每一次抱着再信任一次的想法重新试试他们家，都是彻底失望告终。包裹在运输中产品出现损坏问题，他们的客服都是把责任推给卖家和寄件人，不承认运输有问题，这种customer service太烂了！费用也比市面上其他家贵很多，不会再用！
潘丽史上最烂
价格贵就先不说了，速度也是极其慢，空运比海运慢，潘丽专线也要一个半月以上才能到货，DHL又会被税、客服经常不理人，要么就是要人耐心等。选择线路的时候上面写的5-7天，3-5天，那个时间，要在后面加个0在看，没个40、50天，根本运不到。代购还不及时，经常买不到，还会买错颜色（发生过三次）。这种App什么时候倒？快别祸害人了吧。
