By far the worst app for me personally. The shows lag and will kick me out of app and I can’t even stream onto my larger screens.
I’ve been trying to cancel since April 2022 and NOTHING. Have sent emails and they send me a dead end link where it doesn’t even allow me to cancel my subscription. Please make sure you’re willing to pay month to month for years because they’ll just give you the run around. Oh and they won’t refund my money. I haven’t used the app at all since April . Very disappointed customer and would not recommend. Had to give one star .

Better picture quality
I love this app but the picture quality is not that great I gave them 5 stars because the content is excellent I would just like the picture quality to be more HD it feels like it’s 480p on my TV
Great content
The app is slick with a lot of great titles. High quality stuff that's different to what you get from all the other streaming services. Screen casting works perfectly and you don't get a million annoying notifications from the app either.
English subtitles look to be coming more!
Not a Spanish household but have friends that watch and watched some of this with them. I’ve noticed that there are more content available with English subtitles which helps us non native speakers.
Great content and support
Been using Pantaya for about 6 months and am really impressed with the quality of the shows and movies. There is nothing that compares for Spanish-speakers. Support team is very responsive if there is a problem which has not been the case for me.
Captions Issue
Captions Issue: My rating is 5 stars but I’d like to see captions when I pause a movie. This is helpful for language learners/non native speakers. They disappear when you pause. On Netflix you can still see the captions when you pause.

Me encanta! The app works extremely well, the shows and movies are fun and I can watch movies with my family I can’t find anywhere else in the US for streaming. I can watch things with my mom and dad, my brothers and my Tia too!
App is not user friendly
Writing a review from the son of this account holder. I've been trying to subscribe my mom to this for an hour and they just don't seem to want to take my money???? Why is it so hard to create an account, reset a password, and subscribe to monthly service? You would think a company would have the basics down so they can take peoples money faster and easier. If my mom didn't want this app so bad, I would never pay for this. Do better.

Overall good just a glitch that needs fixing
If I go to my Home Screen and the video is playing in the background when I go back to it it’ll crash and I have to restart the episode all over again. It’s quite frustrating.

I love the shows but please fix the ios glitches I can’t watch my show without being taken to the main page again and having to restart the app very annoying quite frankly! It didn’t used to be like this before not sure what happened my iPad is fully updated. Hopefully it gets resolved.

Good app but has some issues
but does not play on my screen. I can only hear the shows but not see unless I power off my iPhone. Happens every time a call or texts comes in.
Can’t view without WiFi
Pantaya use to be my go to app for streaming. The most annoying thing is not being able to watch without being connected to wifi! I don’t always have access to wifi so I don’t mind streaming on my cellular data but they’ve made that impossible!!

Does not work.
I cannot download this app at all, I’ve tried it on iPhone 12 Pro, iPad, Apple TV. For whatever reason it’s not letting me download same issue on all the devices I mentioned. I click on get, it begins to act like it’s going to download then it stops. The Get button appears again I click to no avail tried rebooting devices and still doesn’t allow me to download . Pretty upset since I signed up on website and can’t download the app.

Good option
I like to watch Pantaya because reminds me of Mexico and living in USA for 20 years is nice to watch all this Mexican movies.
I have to say that I don’t like that ever time I start a new show I have to watch all the previews over and over and if I click Skip the “punish “ you because the next show takes fooorever to start.
That makes me think about canceling my subscription.

Pantaya is the best!
I had always been watching Netflix, and was getting so boring! I found out about Pantaya, and now I am enjoying from my favorite Mexican actor. It was time for a change, not just that but Mexican movies and series are always something different to enjoy.
De Viaje Con los Derbez
The show was very inspiring, very heartfelt. It has all the elements that a family needs these days when you find yourself apart from them and gives me hope to always love them no matter what’s the distance or the circumstances. Great production.
Awesome App
This movie app keeps you up to-date with latest latin american movies and some Spanish European movies as well i had it for three years and is worth every dollar I pay! A must have in your collection!
No customer support
I’ve been trying to communicate with the customer support because the system isn’t allowing me to acces my account I’ve emailed them like 2 times already they only ask if I’m watching from the USA and to keep specifying what is the issue. I even send a image of what the issue is. I also requested a password change but i never received the request link.I’ve been at it for a month and they keep taking my money without allowing me access.
