Why the Paywall?
It’s colors. I have to pay to see colors? I can understand paying for other additional features, but I have to pay to see all of the colors? This is dystopian. Defeats the purpose of the app. This is why everything sucks.
Billed no access
I was billed $59.99 but my app changed to basic anyway. I can not find anyway to fix this nor anyway to contact anyone about it. I use this app for work so not having it anymore is affecting my progress. Correct this and I’ll change my review.
Worthless
App has stopped opening entirely. This company has impaired my work process to no end with their utter incompetence.
Not pro-grade, far worse than Studio.
Easily the poorest ‘pro’ design app I’ve ever used. Won’t load. Won’t perform as described. Costly and billed annually. Studio was far better.
Bring back the old app
Regretting deleting the old app and downloading the new app. The old app was much easier to use with a minimalist interface and easy to select colours and find harmonies.
App is useless
All I wanted was a way to find the Pantone match for a digital color palette. This app gives me shades of gray for red selections. Not just a little off, useless.
Why change the app if it’s not going to work for EVERYBODY!
Even if we have to pay for the app, MAKE SURE IT WORKS! The last version of Pantone(color studio) was WAY BETTER! I’m honestly disappointed

Bring back studio
Studio was great for folks like me who just need to occasionally color match and want to use a trusted name to do so. Why would I pay for Connect to be used once a week (at most) Keep your free month and bring Studio back.
Huge downgrade from Studio
I’m not upset that we have to pay for this service now. But at least make it work! The UI is cumbersome, convoluted, and hard to navigate. And the Pantone identifier is horrible! Pantone connect cannot recreate the Pantone extraction capability of its predecessor, Pantone studio. As someone that heavily relies on Pantones and extraction of colors, this is a game breaker for me. I now have to frantically find an alternative. Thanks guys. What a hack. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Way to make our lives more difficult AND we have to pay for it!!!

Garbage
This app will not let you even login. I went through signing up using an Apple account and every time you go to sign in it just loops back to sign in prompt again. I really have no idea what the app does as it will not even let me sign in or use the app. Therefore it is extremely fair to say, this app is garbage.

Useless
Unless you pay for premium subscription you actually can't do anything in this app at all
unable to log in
my Pantone account is connected to my Facebook account. I can't log in on mobile because the Facebook is unavailable on the browser that Pantone uses to facilitate the login. I also cannot create a new account, as my email is connected to my Facebook, which I cannot login to.
App is Dead
I tried to use this today for the first time on an iPhone 12. It requires logging in to use the app in any capacity. I signed up, but was unable to login - not on wifi, not on cellular. No vpns were active. I wish they’d delist their apps that cannot work. I think it’s worse for a brand to keep something published that cannot work for anyone than to leave it up. It’s got ghost town vibes, and Pantone as a company is very much still around.

Don’t bother
Doesn’t work. Cannot even create an account it crashes constantly. Disappointing.

App era ótimo, mas agora quando vamos procurar uma cor por imagem, ele lê uma cor totalmente diferente, ou seja: se tornou basicamente inútil.
Doesn’t work with newer phones
They’ve stopped supporting new phones beyond 2022 so now useless to me with Match Card.

Used to work
Unable to scroll up or down in any of the color sections. Worked fine last week now suddenly this annoying bug.
