Change accounts?
I have a paid Pantone Connect account registered to my work email. I cannot register or log in to this product with that email. I’ve installed this on my iPad, which uses my Apple ID in the App Store, not my work email. There is no option to access it with a different account.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for this app. It has been an invaluable resource for many designers like myself, bridging the gap where we often find ourselves at a disadvantage.
Not every freelance designer can afford the full set of printed color samples or maintain a pricey subscription. I consider myself fortunate to have purchased the app a while back and am grateful that we have the privilege to use it indefinitely.
I genuinely hope that the developers continue to keep the app updated. It means so much to those of us who are striving to make our mark in the design community on a shoestring budget. Thank you for your support and understanding in helping us succeed!

App Being Discontinued June 2025?
What will happen to my grandfathered in-app purchases?
Location services required?
Can’t use the app without enabling location services… not sure why an app like this would need access to that. Didn’t bother continuing

Color selection
Identified wrong colors. And it is not shade or two off— it is an entire different color.
Super Buggy
Sometimes shares the image, sometimes doesn’t. Useful but definitely not a pro app for the iPad.
I love Pantone
This is where and how I choose my color palettes for the season. Pairs well with PAPERSOURCE
It won’t even open
I got the app to help me with an art project, looking forward to taking a shortcut to getting colour schemes for my reference photos. When I got it and opened it, it did the introduction thing, but then it just stayed on the dark blue loading page with the Pantone logo and the words, “hmmm, this is taking a bit longer than expected”. I reconnected to the wifi, deleted it and reinstalled it, to make sure that it wasn’t just something my phone was doing. I kept the tab open for twenty minutes just watching the loading screen, and left it to figure itself out. After a couple hours, it still didn’t load.

Very poor UX
This app is a UX nightmare. You can immediately tell it was designed by folks in Austin Texas. I used it for 5 minutes before deleting it
doesn’t work
massive shame as this app sounded really promising to me, but i just get stuck on the loading screen every time i boot it up. their other app “pantone connect” isn’t any more functional. for a company so focused on design you think they’d at least have a functional app?
nice but also not
this app is so good for needing to be inspired with colors,but i have noticed that when i take a picture of somthing it tints it a little bit making the colors darker, this causes the colors to be in accurate. Also ok the home screen of the page in the app is always rna same color, but i do live this app also because it’s totally free ❤️👍 have a good day everyone.

Great app, but not updated
For some reason, no matter what I do, the app still shows the color of the year for 2020. Nothing current. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or whether it’s an internal error. I reinstalled it, “reset it” and more, but it still has that blue for the Pantone color of the year 2020 listed as the “current” color. I absolutely adore Pantone and this is frustrating.

Poor colour matching
The app worked fine for me but i took pictures of my actual pantone booklet and the apps matches were wildly off, rendering this app pointless. Really wish there were more alternatives out there, this woudlve been a great tool had it worked.
