I want to schedule an activity for myself but the app only allows me to schedule family members. So I had to create a profile for myself and select “friend”. We will see if it works

She loved it. They went shopping and my grandma got a new phone. So cool.
Buggy app
I haven’t be able to request a new service on the app for months, it keeps saying it hit a snag.
Frustrating
I’ve tried on my iPhone and my iPad and on both I can’t get through the initial set up process because a huge portion of the screen is covered by a message that I can’t fully even read the talks about contacting them if there are problemsGetting set up. But the problem is that announcement. I can’t get rid of it so I can’t get logged in and I can’t read the whole announcement either it’s like it’s not appropriate size for a mobile screen but then again it didn’t matter on my iPad or my iPhone. Regardless of how many times I delete the app from my phone and iPad and reinstall it the same problem occurs and I don’t see a number to call for help although even having help on the phone is it gonna make any difference if I can’t get signed up on my mobile.
