Use the regular Papa Johns App I tried to make a account and when it said my account was created it brought me to the website to enter my pickup or delivery address I did so I redirected to the app then the app says I didn’t do it, I also went to go to the offers page and then it says I have to log in, you also can’t use your regular login from the regular Papa Johns App it has to be different. People put false reviews on the other app the say it doesn’t work when it really does it’s this app that doesn’t work.

My old account had papa dough inside now that they switched app but don’t link our account! Absolutely disgusting!

I will never order from you again!
Around and around in circles entering address and switching back to carry out AGAIN. Then the app won’t close and just sucks data when you ask to dismiss the order you do not need the reminder for. I have deleted the app and will purchase from another company!

Needs work
Went in the normal app but was redirected to Canada app so I downloaded. It’s clunky and didn’t work well. Disliked doing a 3rd party website for payment. Didn’t have an option to add a tip during the payment that I could find. Generally wasn’t very user friendly to navigate around. There also isn’t order tracking unless you refer to your received email after order. There also isn’t any order history that I could find.

Didn’t like the app moving payment over to a browser-based entry, and liked the previous version’s coupon entry to expedite orders.

this app is full of bugs, doesn’t have order history, doesn’t show point balance, the last purchase made thru app 7 days ago didn’t show up on points, WHAT A DISASTER! I’m going to pizza hut, they are fresher!
Horrible buggy app
The previous app was excellent. Don't know how they could release this without proper testing. I used to do agile coaching for PJs and when I was there their testing practices were excellent. What happened?
The account profile editing function does not work. Too many bugs to list. This obviously has not been tested. I used to order PJs regularly. Won't now until it gets fixed.

Whose idea was this?
Never had an issue and ordering pizza was so easy. Now nothing works, address is not recognized, payment issues, even the website has become a royal pain
Previous app a lot better
The new Canadian app is not user-friendly. Previous app was way better, the Canadian app also charges for things the other app didn’t.

Last app worked great, all of a sudden this app cannot figure my address for a home on a regular street, nothing strange about it. Too bad. Cannot complete an order. “Hey honey, how about Panago…??”
