Is this even real you give them all your info including license and who knows what else, then they say no openings and won’t let you in the app.

App seems like a scam not letting me log in, keeps bringing me back to download the app not letting me sign in!
The app for Pal’s
It is terrible. I’m having a heck of a time I have been doing this for 2 1/2 years and this app is not working nor can I get to anyone to get help to do it it refers me back to the app which I cannot open, not allow allowing me to do anything. Can’t see my Visits to help my current members. Your new updates to not help people that are working for you are really not good.

Spend hours…
…setting up my profile and sharing personal information, doing the in-app training to be stuck at the last step of the background check. Start a chat and learn that this step will actually never happen as they’re not hiring anyone from my zip code or the surrounding areas in my county.
Deleted my account and information (that probably already got sold off as I was entering it)
Wish I’d known straight away based upon filling in my details that it’s a waste of time and effort as I would’ve never been considered anyway. Of course you’ll find that out when it’s too late and you’ve already voluntarily surrendered your personal info and agreed to their terms trying to survive in an extremely challenging economy and volatile job market where the discrepancy between cost of living and wages has never been bigger and continuing to grow.

Problems with App
I submitted my contact information but the app isn’t taking me to the next step.
Garbage company
I really have a long list of what is all wrong about this company but I’m just gonna say that they treat their employees like garbage. You get paid $17 an hour and the work is never consistent and they never have enough jobs. Communicating with them is almost impossible. They randomly gave me a “investigation” notice on my account with no reason why. My background is squeaky clean and I’ve had nothing but excellent service. To the point where people are requesting me. It’s all about the bottom dollar and not about the people.

Problem
I did everything it asked but it keeps on saying download the app 😑 so not very great app
Location transparency
I went through the whole application process only to find out that there are no active work in my metro area. I think the app should START by asking your location and verifying if there’s even an active pal chapter/need in the area before requesting delicate information they use for the application. It sounds like a great service but completing sensitive record information to find out in the end there’s not even available work around is an inconvenience.

I went through the entire process but it got stuck on the “background check “ step. This glitch needs to be fixed .

I applied more then 3 months ago and they never got back to me also when my son try to apply they ask if the phone number to send you a code and it tells you to download the app when you are actually ON THE F APP!

Someone referred the app I downloaded it verified email filled out all information. Selected military information would not let me scroll down to continue to complete. Tried several times still didn’t work and it erased all my information. I can’t even complete the sign up, which makes me think that this is not even a legitimate app.

I went through the whole process, added my ss number, drivers license and all personal information, they won’t let you do the background check until you complete all the other stuff including trainings, when you get to the background check the bot tells me they’re not recruiting in my area but I see jobs near me!!!! I think it’s SCAM to get your personal information… DON’T FALL FOR IT!!

App keeps freezing.
Kind of annoying I have to keep restarting my phone and sometimes that doesn’t work.

They just collected the data and it's not possible to move forward with the registration, but they took the SSN number and all the other information
No Payment
Do not download, I did 1 visit and they did not pay me for my miles, hours, nor bonus so it’s a complete waste time
Terrible app
The app doesn’t work at all, I downloaded it, after submitting all information still it tells me to download the app all over again. It is terrible app. I tried to call them no one even pickup the call. Terrible service.
Payout timeframe
Pay is not processed till the next business day and is not actually sent to your bank until noon. If your payout is rejected by your bank you have to wait another day for your pay.
Very bad customer seevice
The title says it all. And if this is a legit company, it won’t be around for long. How you don’t have enough customers in on the busiest cities in the world in california
