Unable to open my app
I am having issues trying to load or get into the game for some reason. It started 2 days ago. I have spent a sum amount of money in this game, and I can’t even get into it? I love this game so please help me fix it.

This game has stopped updating anything for a couple of months. Not fun anymore.
Unhappy
I’ve played this game since last year and around Christmas time it stopped working. I reached out to the game team over email since I had made major progress in the game and didn’t want to lose it, but never heard back. My game still won’t load past the loading screen and I just saw an ad for the game on instagram yesterday when my game doesn’t even work. I’ve tried updating it and the game description always says there’s active bug fixes continually happening but no one will help me with why the games not working for me.

Not working
The games has suddenly stopped working. I paid for some stuff it took money out my account but never received it in the game….. what’s going on
Doesn’t work half the time
Sometimes the game is working great and other times you’ll make a purchase and it will say that the purchase was unsuccessful and yet Apple Cash has no problem making the money disappear… a lot of the times I will open the game and it just will be a grey screen and it won’t run at all no matter how many times I have updated my phone or restarted/ closed out and reopened. Nothing works.

Transfer old game to new device
Please put in transfer your old game to your new device on the game app in settings I have been trying to transfer to my new phone and can’t I don’t want to start over I will take it completely off my phone if I have to start over
Eventually becomes pay to play
I really like this game however, as soon as you get to gold tier, they make it next to impossible to develop your recipes. Chopsticks are very hard to come by unless you pay for them, it will take months to get to 100%. I have upgraded hundreds of recipes to at least three star, some four or five and I’m only at 70%. This is just greedy. I’m sure most people give up at this point.

Needs QOL updates
Fun game but soon you will realize that items are being a cash wall. Can’t even upgrade inspiration level as it requires gourmet handbooks. Game says to get it from gachapon but the drop list doesn’t even include gourmet handbooks. Next option is to use jewels to buy them, but you get so little of it as a F2P player that your progression slows down. Also kitchen layout needs to change so that the worker’s bubble doesn’t overlap with currency tabs.

it’s a fun game really but there are a issues. text is cut off completely at the bottom of the screen. there’s a screen that says go get your and then nothing else. i purchased the fourth table and nothing pops up but ny friends does. Was a decent time sink.
Recipe upgrades are insane
This game started off fun, but the amount of items it takes to upgrade is painful and feels like a cash grab. Some of the customer stories are hard to understand due to lack of instruction and still looking for the golden cooking badge to upgrade my owners.
Minor changes to quality of service
I love this game got hooked on it quick but I would like a feature where I can zoom out to speed up my cooking process as I’m clicking the coins and gems when trying to speed up the process because the animation is behind my currencies as well as making the taste values a little higher it takes ages to get inspiration to start up recipes and I’ll be waiting a few days just to get to the next star level I understand you don’t want to make people leave the game early but it is a little much to be waiting when my service and atmosphere is half way to being 100% for the next start level.

I’m 20 minutes in and having the time of my life. Obsessed with the art style and gameplay. Highly recommend!
Game glitched
So I reached the level where you are “qualified” to adopt a cat… so me being me, I clicked paid to buy the siamese cat package. 1st time, the game said “payment unsuccessful” so I tried again 2nd time still “payment unsuccessful” I did not receive anything obviously… but a few hours later… received email telling me I PAID £1.99 AND £1.99 for this freaking game! I NEED HELP I NEED A REFUND. (I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REWARDS OR CAT THAT I PAID FOR… TWICE!). Not happy at all, I even tried and made payments twice. This is a scam.

SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Once you get to the silver level the app gives you tasks that are impossible to complete. The app also stops you from gaining service points to upgrade your restaurant. The app has too many bugs and needs to be fixed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Confused and Impossible
First, the tasks description are not specific. Like what does it mean general I staff and above mean? Next, the percentage of upgrade food, staff, decoration doesn’t make sense. I upgraded 5 recipes to 2 stars and the percentage of the food didn’t bother move up. Next, it’s impossible to get the red ribbon to improve staff.

Glitch
There is a bug causing everyone to order “broth noodle” for $2 and it doesn’t use anything from the fridge. My fridge is over capacity so I can’t order new things and the orders aren’t depleting my inventory so I’m stuck
Recipes upgrade takes too long
Not fair that upgrading recipes only takes up percentages by none or a couple of points… stuck on level because of this getting boring because no progression…
