Poor information
I downloaded the app today and placed an order for delivery because I can not drive to pick up an order right now. I am also not at my home, so when the app took my current address information and assigned my order to a store I thought I was good. It turns out this address is outside of their delivery area and they had to cancel the order. This is not the store’s fault, and was an inconvenience and waste of time for them as they had to call and explain this to me. This app does not benefit customers or franchisees.

Missing some major features
It doesn’t even tell me when my order will be ready. How is anyone supposed to know when to pick up?
