S36 4K的问题

S36 4K 一代拍摄的视频在Papago 软件中回放，速率都正常。但是下载到手机后播放就会慢放，手机型号苹果12pmx。原卡视频在电脑上播放没有问题，偶尔会有几段播放时，会降到1024分辨率，文件属性4K，码率也没有问题，现在用的卡是新卡，铠侠256G，高速卡。开始用这卡的时候，是试过回放，下载到手机回放都没有问题的。期间，Papago App 更新过一次…好像就是更新产生这样？问题的。希望可以解决

上周的版本更新后出大问题

上周的版本更新后无法查看和下载视频了，查看总是提示加载失败，下载则一直卡住，显示0.0。以前虽然时间差8个小时，但至少可以下载视频。现在只能抜SD卡用电脑查看。
