Unfortunate
I literally never bother with reviews! But, I was excited to find this when I searched for a well loved childhood favourite. Wondering if my nostalgic memories could be bought to life, and I was deeply disappointed. It was very unresponsive, either multiple taps (resulting in a miss) or the whole app froze and this was on level one, then two (where might I add, you only have to get one paper goal per level, which is terrible anyway!) so many ads in that short space of time as well. App has been deleted. Hopefully there’s another one out there that satisfies.

Very basic
Little resemblance to the original, just an exercise in curving the shot, from stationary, to hit the target. Levels start very short, thought at 1st they were just tutorials. Got bored at level 6

I thought this would be similar to the Classic Nintendo Paperboy…definitely not and the game doesn’t play any sound

The game glitched when I try to throw the 3rd paper on round 3. No update since 9 months ago, which offered bug fixes. Such much for that.

Has its own charm and appeal for sure but as with most remakes … it’s just not the same.
I have nothing specifically negative to say , it’s fun and all but for me , it lacks replay value as most levels are the same/similar to the last. But hey - it’s free , passes a few mins when needed. It’s fine . It’s just not awesome

The game shows I am in the 500 levels but it only does the same 3 routes over and over, I was really wanting to like this game but when you’re doing the same thing over every 2 or 3 times it gets old

Nothing like the arcade game
When I came across this I was very happy. Loved this game as a kid. But of course it’s nothing like the fun Nintendo and Arcade game I remember. This very is slow, and stressful, you can’t toss the paper as quickly as you want and soon as it lands somewhere other then where the arrow points game ends instantly. Deleted.

Not the paperboy you remember but an ok game
This isn’t the paperboy you remember playing when you was a kid, this game is about angles. The paperboy stops at each house and you angle the throw to get the coins and the door. It’s not a bad game. A child might really like it. It won’t hold my interest for long. 5 stars to offset all the bad reviews from people who didn’t play it long enough to figure it out.
