These tutors are very intelligent, I love this app. I recommend if you have trouble for a task that’s hard.

Paper is very helpful for me even if sometimes I do not get a full understanding the tutors will help you understand what you were not understanding at first.

Very unclear
used to use the website last year when I was in 10th grade and it seemed to work very nicely.
Now, for some reason, it won’t explain why I can’t login using my school email, I can’t use my personal email either. It will pop up with a notification saying I need to wait a moment, but not actually work again.

For some background
First I would like to say that some tutors take forever to respond but some r SUPER fast.some tutors don’t understand how much you need help because you struggle but others r ok and um the app controls r a bit weird

I was told about this app by my school and all I will say is it makes me hate math more. Secondly, the people that help are basically ais every time and take way too long to do anything. For instance in person it takes me 20 minutes to do 5 problems on this crappy app it takes me an hour an a half people saying this is good are acoustic

I’d like to say this app is pretty good for free, I personally don’t like to speak to people in person, so getting online text tutors are a great feature for the ones who have trouble talking! However there are some down sides, the tutors can be either awesome and get straight to the point! But others not so much, they can take up to 40 minutes explaining one part of the problem that I honestly could’ve done on my own watching a quick video, some will make me try the same problem 10 times that I get wrong, I totally believe in 2nd chances, but I’d like if they could explain step by step if I were to have trouble with doing so, I love their cheerful attitudes I think that is a great motivation! However with some certain tutors if I get it wrong their whole attitude changes, I am a slow learner, so I, even noticing in text, someone’s attitude can be deeply noticeable it does not make me feel any better, or make me feel like it’s okay to make mistakes. It makes me feel like it’s just impossible for me to be “smart” which I know is not the case, and this app truly built me out of my comfort zone to ask questions! I love this app, but mentally, for me it can be a bit overwhelming. [I love making things challenging that’s apart of learning, but please don’t do those following constantly as for it can be overstimulating!]

For some reason it will not let me login with class Lincoln. That’s what my school uses and also Google is blocked from it as well so I cannot log into the paper app. This app is horrible.

So it lets me log on with computer but not a phone and I am entering the correct info!
can’t sign in
I click the app, sign in with clever. I sign in, it says go to portal. I go to portal and click the paper app in clever. It tells me to sign in with school name, I put my school and it tells me, “Sign in with email, username, or SSO error.” Hellooo, I just tried signing it with my email and username for school and it didn’t work? It sent me to the paper webpage, don’t you think I tried to sign in?

Hit or miss
some tutors are pretty helpful, MOST of them i feel like are just stalling and don’t actually help. It feels like they’re just stalling out equations while they get paid. I’ve been transferred to other tutors so many times, i think they should also fix that
