This is one of those games that I love,and the game is perfect.the first way I played this game was with Paper Monsters Recut on my Amazon Fire Tablet.i just love this game 10/10
Ruined
This game used to be really good, now you have to get a subscription to play it. Not sure who in their right mind would pay every month to play something that used to be free.

was willingly excited to boot up this game for the first time in YEARS, and we’re met with, “jOiN tHe cLuB!” i was in disbelief as i watched the screen for 5 minutes, and nothing changed.

Best game ever! But also disappointed
Been looking for this for 14 yrs I am inlove with this game, kept me occupied for HOURS when I was little. It’s so much fun and the memories comes back, but I don’t remember having to pay to play the next levels though, usually we move on or go to the next one by choice. This new update isn’t as much fun as it use to be with having to pay for the next levels

Stupid subscription
Are used to enjoy this game as a kid, but the dumb subscription is just ruining the game for me. I can’t play the other levels.
Why subscription?
I used to play this game so much and I just wanted to play it again but now it’s ruined o don’t understand the stupid subscription since it used to be free and nothing has changed. It’s so stupid I love the game but the subscriptions gotta go if you want anyone to play. You could even make a version that is free that has a little bit less in it. I just really want to play.

FINAL 2024 UPDATE: it looks like they finally removed the subscription requirement for people who already downloaded the older ver (find an old device with iOS 10 or earlier), which is why i'm now giving the app 2 stars, since recut got delisted from the app store and it's still the EXACT same game, even with some new bugs if you're playing on newer phones. you'll have fun if you played it before, but for everyone else, stay away.
as a guy that played the original game, this update is an insult to the game's legacy. TL;DR: i'm upset about how an ios classic can and would be treated this way. it's disgusting. while i'm happy this game is back, why the subscription? no one's gonna buy your garbage subscription just to play one game. it's a shame too because future generations will have to pay for a subscription unless they have the technical know-how to manually update the original 32 bit app. you're better off getting a 32 bit device and downgrade (more like upgrade) from this garbage. i'd much rather pay up front then pay for a subscription. you brought back a classic, just to disrespect it's legacy by locking it under a paywall. you people disgust me. these idiots don't deserve a penny. if you want a remaster, check out recut. it's made by the same devs of the original, and you'll be actually supporting their work unlike these sellouts which i can only assume they bought the rights to this game. if you're gonna lock this game behind a paywall, the least you could do is include a trial/demo mode.

Disappointed
Used to play this game all the time and now you have to pay for it ever month??? Remove the subscription!!! I know for a fact people aren’t paying for it. If you were to make the game free it would bring in many more players and you could put in ads and you’d probably make more money that way. Especially if you added a feature where for like 2.99 or so remove ads. I understand you’re just trying to make money but come on let people play the game.

As far as I can tell they didn’t add anything new and from what I’ve seen it might be worse than it was before in addition to the subscription required to play the full game. You took something that was originally a normal and well built game, a classic and part of so many people’s childhoods and you corrupted it and twisted it into some foul mockery. This used to be a normal game, i played it almost daily when i was young but now it’s some him Jim subscription nonsense. Let people own things, not everything needs to be a subscription. Y’all’s scum bags. I wish nothing but the worst for your company and it’s cancerous business model.

ok so I've played this game since I was like 5-6, and I love it I rlly do but I don't remember ONE part of me having to pay to continue????? I don't like it, I HATE it. can you just remove the subscription thing? Just to make it easier for other people (and me) to play??? Nostalgia hit hard when I found this game

I loved this game. I got it when I was 6 or younger. I PLAYED THIS GAME EVERY DAY. I wanted to play this again and so I did. I played and enjoyed the first 4 levels. I wanted to play the whole game but to do that you need to do the 5th level. I tried to, I wanted to, but a screen popped up. It said that I needed to subscribe in order to play the game, and I was okay with that. When I went to subscribe, it said, “1st month free, then $4.99 per month”. it cost $4.99 to SUBSCRIBE. You can subscribe to people on YouTube for FREE. WHY DOES THIS GAME HAVE TO COST MONEY I LOVED THIS GAME IT WAS LITERALLY MY FAV😭

I wish you could just buy this app for a couple bucks because this is the only GameClub game I want. I don’t want to pay 7.99 a month for a bunch of apps I won’t ever play. Also I never knew this app cost money because when I was a kid and I played this it never cost money. Thank you 😊
