Not Able to Customize

I thought I would be able to make basically any style of paper with this, and it is just not as versatile as it says. I am wanting to do some split papers, such as half grid, or sketch/and write paper with the top half unlined for sketching, and it’s simply not possible with this app. Very disappointed and certainly not worth the $10
