About
What's New in Paperkeep
1.1
October 9, 2026
Paperkeep is now on the Mac, too: a sidebar, drag-and-drop filing, unpaid bills in the menu bar and keyboard shortcuts. With Pro and iCloud, iPhone and Mac stay the same, one purchase covers both, and Handoff moves an open document from one to the other. On iPhone, 1.1 looks like paper and finds what you need faster. Search now understands what you mean: “Swisscom over 100”, “unpaid”, “March 2025”, “2023 to 2025” or “last month”. Typos don't get in the way, the best matches come first, and the passage in the scanned text is highlighted. Your recent searches and most frequent senders wait under the empty search field. The overview tells you in one sentence what's due. Below it: unpaid bills, upcoming deadlines and your latest papers as real pages. New look: warm paper, titles set in New York and a “Paid” stamp when you settle a bill. With Reduce Motion turned on, everything stays still. Faster: thumbnails are made once and kept. Lists stay smooth with large archives, and a search takes milliseconds. Paperkeep now speaks 16 languages, from French and Italian to Japanese and Arabic. The app lock now also covers open pages and forms. “Mark as Paid” in a notification works right away, even when the app is closed. VoiceOver now reads due dates and page numbers.
