Una estafa total de aplicación, apreté la opción de prueba gratuita y me cobraron un año completo de membresía, mande un correo pidiendo una explicación y aun no tengo respuesta por parte del equipo, un descaro y estafa total.

Отвратительное приложение, при наличии всех технических возможностей. Просто не включается - прогружается заставка меееееедлеееено и все замирает - приложение не реагирует, начинает глючить и сам телефон! Не скачиваете если не хотите убить свой телефон.

Nice app, but no customer support
Papumba is a pretty good educational app for kids. There’s a pretty good variety of educational games and activities for a variety of ages and abilities. My son enjoyed using it for a couple years.
Unfortunately, sometime late in 2024 we were no longer able to access the app. I spent many months trying to get support from the Papumba team. The majority of the time they did not respond at all. When they did, they requested information about our account to help us gain access to the app. Then they didn’t respond with any assistance. This happened repeatedly over many months. Eventually, I requested a refund for our annual subscription since we haven’t had any access at all to the app since we paid our most recent annual subscription. They did not respond.
I requested a refund through my credit card company, but was told that Pupumba refused to provide the refund.
It’s all a shame since my son would’ve liked to continue using the app for several more years.

Tengo un niño de 5 años que ama esta aplicación. Ha reemplazado a youtube con videos de contenido vacíos por esta aplicación que no deja de enseñarle desde higiene personal hasta lenguaje y matemáticas. Realmente lo recomiendo
Didn’t mean to buy and was not refunded for it
So my husband and 3yo downloaded some games and whatnot on my ipad and this app was included. Now they clicked the free trial. I cancelled the day I was charged and they did not refund me for it. What a scam!! It’s not even a good app. So disappointed in the team that looks at refunds for shhhh that we don’t even use.
