There are better options.
This is the last app I would pick of all the work apps. The messaging is so simplistic that it’s painful. You cannot send images, delete chats, or title chats.
Nothing works
Nothing works. Messaging feature won’t even let you see all the members of the group.

No Calendar Sync
The app is missing a calendar sync feature, so I cannot view my schedule in my google or apple calendar. I manually have to bounce between apps to view events. Crazy for 2026
Add “Import schedule to calendar” feature
The app isn’t all that bad, few bug every once in awhile. Mainly though it would be super helpful if they added a “import to calendar” feature this way I don’t always have to check the app. I use my calendar more often for my day to day.
Locked out
The app just randomly decided not stop using the face Id and they make a password for you which I forgot. So I click forgot password and guess what you need to change it? ✨YOUR ORIGINAL PASSWORD✨ which I obviously don’t have you brain dead app developers. Why have a forgot password button if it doesn’t even help you if you forgot your password?

Simple
It’s a simple app. This is the app that I learned to use for my first job so I don’t see anything wrong with it because I haven’t used other apps and it’s very simple to call off on days that I am incapable of working.
NEEDS DARK MODE
It used to be much worse it really doesn’t feel as bad as it used to be or maybe I’m just getting used to it so I think everyone is overreacting but can you PLEASE ADD A DARK MODE SELECTION PLEASE!!! Thanks.
I wouldn't use this app if my restaurant didn't force me to
First off, different roles are not color coordinated. For those working several different roles like me, it's helpful to have everything color coordinated.
Additionally, there's no way to upload my shift schedule to my calendar. The last app we used had this function and it was VERY helpful.
As for notifications, I turned on the 2-hours-before shift notification and the app proceeded to give me 10 notifications that I had a shift coming up for 2 hours straight. I only want ONE notification since my shifts don't upload to my calendar anymore. Instead I got annoyance!
Functionality isn't a thing this app has either. Sure, you can swap or drop shifts, but sometimes you're trying to give a shift to a specific person without trading them. There is no option to do this and I already had a shift stolen from me because someone got to it first even though the other server was trying to give it to me.
Overall, I find this app colorless, disorganized, and dysfunctional.

Newest update is awful
We have been using this app for our 3 locations for many years but this recent update needs rethinking. Especially on All Shifts… why are the shifts listed out of order instead of being in order by shift start time?
Additionally, please work on the notifications. It’s not just been with this recent update, but almost always, the notifications come in AFTER shifts start. This is unhelpful for so many reasons. Why even offer notifications if they don’t let you know before your shifts starts?

Decent concept cheaply made
My job switched to this app recently and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve been scheduled to work during times I put in that I was unavailable. Furthermore you can’t see your availability after you put it in. The whole thing just needs to be deleted and rebuilt honestly.

Revert back to the previous interface. Horrible design.

Whatever this new update is, it’s terrible. Everytime you try to scroll back up the whole page reloads, shifts on “all shifts” aren’t in order, “my upcoming shifts” is confusing now with too much info.. I don’t need to know my store location every day of the week.. or the date of shift posted twice. My entire store hates it.
