How do I speak, email, or text support? I purchased the golden ticket. I used it last night and today it wants me to pay again. I have my bank statement that shows I purchased it.
So today the game glitched & stopped responding. I deleted it and added it back and now I’ve lost my golden ticket and my game, it wants me to start over.

Ich spiele schon sehr lange habe viel Zeit und Geduld in dieses Spiel gesteckt nach dem neusten Update kann ich bei meine Tiere nicht mehr sammeln dadurch kann ich nichts mehr herstellen keine Aufgaben mehr erledigen werde nur rausgeschmissen

Super Boring
Boring & repetitive. The game barely gets any update with new contents every several months. Even new contents are just extend level cap or add 1 new building. Battle pass rewards are the exact same every season even if u pay for premium rewards. Communities are dead n there are very few active players that barely come online once in awhile. I'd choose other farm games that are more alive.
