It’s so fun and entertaining to clear the jungle and uncover mysteries although sometimes it can be very hard to obtain massive amounts of energy for quests but overall nice and barely has any ads
The best Sims Game out there!!
Literally the best SIM game out there. I love how colorful and interactive it is, very user-friendly and keeps you engaged. However, there is a lot on the island that has not been unlocked due to waiting for future updates. It has been the same for eight years now at least that I have been playing the game. Please work on adding more and unlocking those future updates.

Buggy & awful customer support
Support used to be the best of any online game now it’s terrible & the game has bugs. During the Beach Battles it was impossible to get past level two because I needed Beach Battles Achievement Awards. That’s impossible when the Beach Battle Achievement tab is not there. Customer service was of know help, simply apologizing and telling me it may take time. Well, the Beach Battles are over now so it’s a little late. Years ago if something like this happened they would have compensated with crystals or something. Now, all I received is silence.

Failure after last update
The second last update the game crashed.
You acknowledged there was a problem.
After more than 2 weeks the last update on the 20-5-26. Same thing again, crashes immediately.
You obviously don’t give a rats.
I only play 2 games and this was my favourite. Now I’m over it.

Not what it used to be
When I first began playing this game the support was too notch. It was easy to talk to a REAL person, now it’s horrible! And…what’s with the awful ads?? They’re now so long and you have to sit there and wait to jump through all those hoops. It’s ridiculous! After several years and almost level 65, I’m very close to deleting it.

I’ve been playing this fake for over ten years now. Recently I reported to game insight that whomever runs their Facebook social media is very unfriendly to people. And what do you know…I was blocked! I think my paradise island time is over. It’s just the same recycled stuff anyway. Nothing fresh or new and if there is, you always have to spend lots of money to achieve it. Sorry guys, whatever few “glory days” you had are over.

Love the game, but a suggestion
Have been playing for a month or so, quite enjoying it. Love the deals, so I drop $ easily to support the game.
But one thing keeps me from giving this game a 5 star: the event times are too short! I want to buy the passes for the events, but all the time I only complete half of the season. If events/seasons were more achievable (4 weeks perhaps), then it’d be worth buying the passes because you actually can get all the rewards. Moreover, there’s the extra bonus season after you complete the main event, which is not even a possibility with the timespan given.
The same goes for the island tasks to advance the story; the time given is way too short to achieve any bonuses. It’s an island game about relaxing and building, not a speed race.
The easier and more enjoyable you make people get rewards, the more they stay, play, and pay. I’ll happily spend the money, but the rewards availability has to be worth my timespan. Hopefully this changes in the future! Thanks 🙏

Too Long Tutorial
Tutorial of how to play was too long and tedious for me. Looked like a great game but the tutorial bored me. I’d like short and simple then I figure the game on my own.

I have to admit that this is a really good game.！love it so much！I've been playing it since primary school. But I found a problem. When upgrading buildings through synthesis, a large number of standard blueprints are needed. I know they can be obtained from the workshop, but the ways to get these standard blueprints in the workshop are contradictory. I don't know if there are other ways that I haven't discovered yet. This really bothers me 😢. Maybe it's because I'm Chinese and have some language barriers, so I also want to ask if a Chinese mode can be developed in the future. I want to reiterate that this game is really interesting, and version 2 is much richer than version 1!

Administration
The problem I have is every time I want to purchase a new building and upgrade, it says I have to upgrade the administration which is very expensive!Or I don’t have enough electricity, and have to upgrade one of those as well. Or I want to buy more land - to expensive. Please make upgrading the admin. less expensive, or will will not be able to afford to expand, and continue playing . Thanks
