why is the point of this mobile app logging out so quick if you go to another app?!!!
mobile apps should not timeout so soon. do you know how mobile apps are used? we should be able to choose how many minutes we want to auto-log out.
Worst Remote Access
I love he virtualisation offered by Parallels. What it does, it does beautifully. This on the other hand is terrible. I just need to be able to add different virtual devices so I can connect directly. I can only connect directly to the host device. Using a Mac studio with multiple virtual devices, I could use RDP or any other client but I was hoping to keep everything in house with one technology. I don;t understand why you don;t allow installation on a virtual device?

some shortcut like ctrl+space will be hijacked by ios to switch langauge.
all single key shortcut doesn't work, this can be easily tested with blender.
mouse double click and has that weird ripple effect, it's not visually appealing, drop it.

This work pretty good with their RAS product
We are implementing the RAS product for our customers. It works pretty good on the iPad when it works. THe big issue is that if your remote into your environment and then RDP to another computer within session, none of the alphabetical letters and numbers work in the RDP session, but all the special keys just fine. It is very strange. Works fine with the MAC and Windows version of the client.

App Doesn’t Work.
Can’t navigate the screen on my iPad. Doesn’t respond to touch mode. No matter which tabs I tap, nothing works. Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, still no go.

Dear support, I updated my iPad to ios 17. Since then the app crashes every time I hit enter on the magic keyboard but on the device keyboard, the enter works normally. The app is fantastic and it is an essential tool for my work. Please work on an update and release asap. Thank you!

バージョン19.0.0にアップデートしたところ、ディスプレイ設定を変更していないにも関わらず、画面表示が荒くなり、拡大しないと表示されている文字が読めないほどの状態になってしまいました。今まではdot by dotでも情報が落ちることなく表示されていましたので、アップデートに伴い何か変更が入ったのでしょうか。

Le pondría 5 estrellas de no ser por la ultima actualización que ahora se ven las letras un poco borrosas. Por favor arréglenlo o si me pueden decir cómo volver a la versión anterior. Muchas gracias y felicidades por la App que para mí es de las mejores

Terrible app for iPhone
Loved the old TC2000 version. This new version is terrible and useless. I just canceled subscription.
This app still needs a lot of work.
People need to use this to be productive, so make it work better for people that use it with iPad Pro, keyboard, trackpad/mouse.
